Deleting your cache will make you fully reinstall the game, if you cant get anything to work do that.

If you have preloaded the game but not restarted steam, fully restart steam to unpack the game.

If you bought a game key, you likely got scammed and don't have access to early access.

If you have a greyed out play button, launch the game from your desktop.

Every version of the game has his own package on Steam. If you buy from the Steam Store is link to one package, if you activate from a key another package etc, and so on. They forgot to update and release one package of Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe Edition, that's why we can't play.
