anyone have troubleshoot for Naraka suddenly froze and crashes? ( not responding ), im using 7800x3d and rtx 4080, updated all driver, changing directx to Dx11, fullscreen, uncap my fps, everything didnt work, i always randomly crashes

The exact same thing happened to me as well on windows 11. Game's ping on SEA server, where ping always in green 105ms. Suddenly rose to red 200+ms. And also same issue game crashes again and again in mid. But I just installed Nobara Linux OS. Game's still downloading, I will tell you if it won't crash even in another Operating System.

generally herald's trial is most played. specifically ranked, and duos has shortest q's.

heralds trials is the only mode you should care about for the most part, rift is a extraction type mode kinda dead anyway like showdown which is pve, battlepasses are normally around the 90 day mark more or less sometimes they make them longer by a week before they end but thats because technicall stuff is easy to finish battlepassses anyway, the lunar pavilion is permanent some items from it are exclusive to that shop thats why it says that and some are even time limited on that shop, jades don t go away, and the 50% voucher covers most of the items that have been there before the sanrio colab(i believe not in the game anymore)

and summer outfits always return in some form

For those people having launching issues on Windows.
You can view the "Player.log" to see which error occured.
It is created in "C:\Users<USERNAME>\AppData\LocalLow\24Entertainment\Naraka"

As I mentioned for me, it was a DirectX12 issue and was not related to my system since any other DirectX12 game workes completely fine:

"d3d12: swapchain present failed (80004004)"

If you have the same error, delete these registry keys and folders to get back to DirectX11 and fix that. I will not touch DirectX12 in this game anymore...

In the registry remove the whole 24Entertainment folder:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\24Entertainment

In the AppData folders remove the 24Entertainment and Netease folders:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\24Entertainment
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Netease

Then make a copy of the game, uninstall it on your launcher and then install it on top of the copy so that you don't need to redownload it.
If this still didn't help, redo all steps and reinstall the game completely.

Btw. I tried to force the game to use DirectX11 using -dx11, -d3d11 and -force-d3d11.

No just hold blue, they are used at the same speed but blue is twice as much healing. Having about 4 health and 6 armor is a good amount at first. Then 12-18 grapples. As you upgrade your bag you should prioritize holding more armor powders and grapples. You can also set pick up limits in your settings

I'm watching combo quide and they're canceling? combos with crouch but when I try it in arena my combo is different. do I have to hold crouch or wait longer or is there some kind of trick. Dual blades.

In the video they send people up with right click and I start doing lots of stabs

You need to be fully Crouched before you stand up again.

So to do ACCA. Attack - Crouch (wait until fully crouched) - Crouch (again) - Attack

If you have the timing down you can do it relatively fast)

yang depletion is a debuff that you get for losing the yang realm battle or for failing to capture the sunwing altar thing that spawns in late game ( orange circle in the map)

when the timer gets to 0, you die instantly

only way to cleanse that is either to get the sunwing flowers (they spawn after the cirlce) or to kill an enemy and collect their soulbloom essence

I am a regular player and a big fan of Naraka: Bladepoint. I recently received a 14-day account suspension due to participating in the Rift Traversal Mode after the game update at 11:00 AM on August 7th, 2025.

I would like to sincerely clarify that I had no intention to exploit or abuse any game bugs. As a normal player, I simply logged in after the update to explore what’s new and joined the Rift Traversal mode. During the match, I found multiple red-tier items while digging, and assumed they were part of the new rewards. Naturally, I sold them as any player would, without knowing this was unintended behavior.

To my surprise, my account was later suspended due to what appears to be a system-side bug. I strongly believe this incident was not the fault of the players, but a technical issue from the game system.

Therefore, I kindly request that you reconsider my account suspension (Ingame name: heomoi, UID: 131300110168) and, if possible, lift the ban or reduce the suspension time so I can return to enjoying the game.

I always respect the game’s rules and policies, and I hope to be treated fairly in this matter.

You play ranked, but its a very tedious process, at the end of a session they will reward player with session treasure based on your rank, 3 for 3k, 5 for 3k5 and 10(I think? Never got 4k before) for 4k, so if you are a hardcore NEET, 3(solo, duo, trio) x 4(SEA, SA, NA, EU) x 10(4k) = you'll get 120 chests at the end of season.
