You cant check dews wether they are available for CN or global. Its crappy system if you cant just redeem them and use them since you cant pick the dews you want. Its best to try see if the bought item(s) are sitting still in steam inventory waiting to be moved to naraka inventory

Every item (dews, character skins and weapons) are all labeled this way. But for skins you can check them invidually wether its for global or CN. This doesnt work on dews so buying them shouldnt be this hard. You can try check your steam inventory for naraka tab if they are there waiting for moving. If there isnt any dews/they arent moving to ingame inventory then its best to contact support

I'm experiencing performance issues specifically in Naraka: Bladepoint on my laptop.
I use an Intel Core i7-14650HX CPU, which can normally boost up to 5.0+ GHz in other games like Valorant and Black Myth: Wukong, where I consistently reach 4.8–5.2 GHz under load.

However, in Naraka, my CPU clocks are stuck around 3.7 GHz, and FPS is significantly lower compared to those games, despite similar temperatures and power settings.

I’ve tried increasing power limits (PL1/PL2), repasting, adjusting TPL with ThrottleStop, and more — but only Naraka causes this behavior.

Could this be related to how Naraka handles CPU threads or load balancing?

I’d appreciate any advice, updates, or known issues regarding this.
