Thats correct:
2 main ranks difference and you can't play together. Ranks are structured like this:

Bronze - Silver - Gold - Platin - Solar - Empyrean - Astral - Asura - Unrivalled Asura

So in this case your Bronze mate can only play with others up to Gold.

Usually I play during midday. Not the most populated but still quite high in duos rank.

Firstly, judging by the icons and their skins I don't think this is a smurf account. The 0 indicates achievement level, but simply not claiming achievements will keep it at 0.
which mode was this? If it's quick match, as far as I'm aware, there isn't any match making. so you will get matched with higher rank players from time to time.
you can try playing some casual modes like spirit well or bloodbath to have a smoother experience. Once you unlock ranked your first few games will be with mostly newer players and bots as well.

Smurfing is also not against the rules, and once you reach silver-plat range you will start seeing the highest ranked players in your ranked games regardless. This is because of the size of the playerbase on your server, so matchmaking will find a wider range of players to compensate. I suggest trying to slowly learn the game and don't be discouraged by facing more advanced players, in fact many of us are happy to welcome newer plays and help them learn the game. Our server has plenty of useful resources you can use and players that are very knowledgeable!

i was playing ranked mode (Astral II). i'm matched with higher ranked players all the time and i don't mind it. that's not the issue here. it's about fairness. i struggle to believe a new account with 7 days of login time and no other hours on any other hero (as well as any other game mode) was made with integrity in mind; but if you believe that's possible then i won't contest it.

I see what you mean and I'm sorry you feel this way. I and other discord staff have no say in things affecting the game, we are just players like you who volunteer to moderate the discord. You can however make a post in #1266666196552519742 if you feel something is unfair or you want to suggest a change. I will say, in my experience, most people who make secondary accounts do so to play ranked with their friends since there is a rank gap restriction when grouping up. Although in this case, that doesn't apply since he is playing solos.
What Neffy says is also valid and this may be the player's first account on global servers after immigrating from CN.

I think in all games that is f2p smurfs happen, even if he got banned he will make another account and again smurf will be playing with us. Before naraka was f2p the queque was 8-10 min, now i find a match in 3-5 min so I think its better anyway 🙂

Anyone else having problems loading in since the new update? As soon as I login into main page my fps cut to 30, screen glitches and the game can’t even handle fairyland without disconnecting/reconnecting. Game is totally broke for me.

Tried geared up and it said I was being routed to Istanbul, Turkey?(im located in U.S playing in NA) but even when I forced it to route to a na sever the game is still broken and unplayable. And the moment I turn off the game my fans speed up like crazy for a while

I originally downloaded the game through the website, not steam (deep regret) so we have the “repair game” option which I tried and didn’t work. I’ve also already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it’s still happening.

Everything else is working with normal ping/download/upload speeds and my computer is running no problems. But as soon as I load into Naraka it goes haywire. Make this quest in showdown - You got attacks (from legendary jades) by deafult, kill mobs = easy way 🙂

For Example, If You need to kill with Dragon Roar Jade, Take Feria with nunchako, her attacks has dragon roar by default, kill few mobs = quest done.
The only problem is You have to lvl up Hero a little (dont rememeber which lvl You need to get).

Essentially, after having bought baize's blessing, you will receive 4 baize coins immediately. You will also receive 3 baize coins for each day you log into the game
Additionally, there is a bonus of 3 coins every 4 days and some extra rewards (Showdown items, XP boosters or battlepass XP) every 12 days

If you log in daily, you will have received all rewards within 24 days. However baize's blessing can last up to 30 days, so you can still receive all rewards if you miss a few log in days

With the baize coins you'll receive, you can buy various items from the baize shop

In my opinion baize's blessing is recommendable, particularly if there are items in the baize shop you want to own. Most options of recharging gold "normally" through the shop have an exchange rate of roughly 129 gold per dollar. The gold received through baize's blessing also has that exact same exchange rate (600gold/4.63dollars = 129.6 gold per dollar). This means that buying baize's blessing is essentially like recharging 600 gold "normally", but also receiving additional rewards
