For Wasteland, when it actually IS Wasteland? We park there as long as we’re bubbled. If the bubble pops, we leave them there now so they can collect casualty rewards if they’re hit by another state.

Nope. If there’s a rogue they can hit you and you automatically port away after one hit, no matter how well your wall held.
I will park there for Speaker since it’s close to the trap and my usual spot is too far away to be effective for that event.

example... if you lose your hub in bronze... do you get both the +350 points for not getting any hub and the +250 for losing your hub? Or does holding your own hub not count for tech hubs occupied...

Side note I know there is the rare chance that 4 states can be paired against each other... and that it's only logical that you can't collect from 2 columns but I am hoping for clarification...

Because strategy is in parts up for opinions. You can (and in my opinion should) focus on securing your own state first and foremost. Unite your state if you haven’t yet. Once you got everything secured you can look at the other states and decide whether you want to try to take any of them. Then there’s the question if and how you want to block spaces so other states can’t port in near your hub…

Talk to other governors and former governors. They can give you better information than any so called manual this game may have put out. And strategists, too.

You are matched with likely a different set of states next time. Whomever your hosting alliance appoints to diplomats should work to secure NAPS. It's the nature of the game, some states/ alliances look to move up ranks and take hubs to get more interesting matches and flex, others happy to settle NAP and have a quiet uneventful wasteland.

New governor after Wasteland King mistakenly enabled State Decree: Fast Comeback immediately after the Tech Hub was won.

No one in the state has any speedups left of any kind because of simultaneous Break Loose event and Global Ace Commander. We all sacrificed a lot of troops, like vehicles to remake into something useful.

Will the Training Cap by troop Might that is displayed and used during Fast Comeback carry over passed future Zeniths if it is not all used up when the Fast Comeback is first issued?

Just work it out with the highest might. And still he can't put it higher than default LVL allows.

Let everyone play the game how they want to play it. There are states out there that will fight no matter what. There are states that will NAP no matter what. And there’s everything in between. A reward scheme isn’t gonna change the views of players how to play this game.

Some people are very Risk Averse and some people Are Gamblers, better rewards motivates gamblers more and greater penalties motivates Risk Averse more. Most people are on a spectrum of motivations and the economics of it would find a sweet spot where most people would opt for challenge over Napping.

I concur with @still kernel that it can be very hard to finish your phases in either a NAP situation or if the other state just gives up and doesn't fight. And most players in a state won't be able to get the kills necessary to finish the phases by leading towers anyhow.

Sure you can get ALL the kill rewards! Just ask an opposing state member to either hit you in the grey, or let you hit them! You’re helping each other, actually. Kills/losses.

They don’t automatically become governor. They can appoint someone in the 2h after WK ends. If they don’t appoint anyone they become governor. Once the governor is appointed (either by choice or automatically after two hours) that player will stay governor for the next two weeks.

The pairing depends on what you did last wasteland, if you took a hub you'll fight states that did the same, if you didn't and none of your matches on last wasteland did there's a big chance you'll fight them again, or at least one of them

At my state we usually have NAP agreements on wasteland, so for over 3 months we got paired with only 5 different states

Every Wasteland you don’t know your matchup until it starts. What you see in the upcoming events is your last matchup. There is a chance you can face them again, especially if no one took another hub, but still isnt announced until Wasteland actually starts.

They didn't change it I guess.. Its always sanctuary infirmary first, then alliance infirmary, then deep healing center is third. But I never let sanctuary infirmary fulled, always healed after every hit 😊 because alliance infirmary costs alliance coins for healing your troops.

This new system essentially means you face opponents way out of your league, which I am going to guess they hope will inspire more fighting. More fighting = more spending money. Because so many of us choose to create NAPs, it results in less spending. And the devs don’t like that.

We got moved up to gold tier for securing our own hub. We were WAY outmatched in silver. Like by a huge margin. We might honestly throw the next one. It’s ridiculous.

They will regret it soon enough. The losses at the hub from the turrets wouldn't count to fast recovery skill. If they want that they should leave the hub with few low tier troops only or take turns the alliances and get for some time all the turrets and the hub.

And remember it’s about defending the state. That’s priority one. People forget and make it just about their points.

That was a complaint from a lot of people. Hard to tell who actually helped in WK when points were coming from non hub/turret sources.

If you need causalty points, drop all your gear and send ypur weakest troops at the hub. 100xs more effective than hitting tiles for small numbers. This way points count to fast comeback

It’s only a good strategy if your state has enough people who know what it means to need to stay shielded for 24 hours

Then they should eliminate kill points for attacking tiles. It is absolute garbage otherwise. By their own argument, those troops aren't killed so they shouldn't count. They need to stop providing incentives for people to be jerks while the people getting attacked get absolutely nothing. And casualty points only ever counted in state. Kill points count toward rankings outside your own state.

I would hit tiles in WK even if you got nothing. Stay off tiles durning WK if you don't want to heal. War games 101.

I think I got 100 mil+ kill points just from attacking tile attackers this past wasteland. Need to speed marches and time it right, but it's satisfying

I do, unless I want to get hit. It's just another way for the greedy devs to try to push people to spend money and I'll have no part in it. I'll sit in the turret or hub to defend my state, then go home. The more they money grab and try to make the game impossible for casual or FTP players, the less I spend. And by your own argument, people tile hitting are not "helping" in the event and should not be rewarded anyway.

I made deal with a guy from other state for getting points from hitting tile, it costs quite a lot of speed ups for healing million troops for those points, lol, rewards hard to get, and not worth it but I wanted to get some frags for heroes so I tried to do 😐

The rewards just aren't worth the cost until you're way high up in tier.
