Also….there has been a debate about about hqs and ownership. There is a player In my state that has grown tired of the game but wants to leave his account with someone in state. As he states is….gift his account to the state. The argument is this….is he or who ever logs into his account in violation of TOS if they access and use his account or is there no violation seeing as he gave permission to the receiving person to take over the account and use it for the betterment of the state.

Does anyone know of any plans to add either a state jail or fly out plan for rogue players that show up in state and cause havoc because they are idiots? We have been defending for the last month at the cost of loss of troops, rss, and loss of players caused by one idiot. He tells peeps to pay him rss if he will burn them and has gotten very explicit with inappropriate comments to women in game. How is a state supposed to deal with peeps that show up just to cause trouble? They do not benefit the game in any way. We have lost 3 large alliances so far that have left because of him. Are we forced to choose to fly or quit or is there anything else that can be done?

Gameplay wise - it doesn’t break the rules (it’s just really crappy moral behaviour) but in regards to the explicit and inappropriate comments - take screenshots and report to cs every time. In one of my old states we had a similar problem player - cs kept muting them and the mute got longer and longer and they eventually left state. It is up to CS to action that as they have the access to the system that we don’t.

It’s odd to me that CS will terminate your account if you buy rss from an outside source but have no problems with coercion. Threatening players shouldn’t be ok. It’s one thing to do it…. it’s another to threaten it being done. I’m a pirate by nature so I have always raided other peeps hqs and stolen rss. I would have never thought to message them in advance to tell them to pay me or i’ll ruin their game. Very sad to know it’s a put up with it, quit, or fly situation. He said he was going to kill the server whatever that means. I will probably just quit and find a different game to play.

I deal with enough idiots in real life to put up with them in fantasyland.

I've taken an approximately month long break before. I tore down all my RSS mills hoping no RSS no attacks, I also wasn't sure if I was coming back. It mostly worked, only 2 of my small farms got hit. I was also very active in the state prior to my leaving so that may have also prevented some hits. If I had to do it again I would just take my break and not worry about it. Nothing will happen that can't be fixed when you return. If you can stay in your alliance and under Nap even better. Just a thought. I understand why the Devs keep adding higher Gear, Chips, Mods, Cubes. ($$$) In my opinion it is already impossible to compete with them. This will only run smaller players away.
