The way I read it is that merging will be decided on by the two factions. We shall see how they set it up when the event occurs. 😀

What determines arena brackets? Cause every week my states gets thrown in different arena brackets. If it’s random so be it, but if there is a way I can stay away from HOF in arena… I want to take it😂
