Light bill in the game gets paid by the spenders. Those that are free to play or cheap to play make strategies that allow them to stay competitive for what they want to do.

IMO it’s fantastic that we get to pick the state and the people we want to play with. It allows us all to find the right situation.

I’d also recommend to not try to keep up with the Joneses in this game. Let spenders spend and worry about what’s best for progressing your game and character.
