They tend to prey on smaller states feigning they’re coming in peace and want to go somewhere with NAP
Back in year 1 there was no such thing as state infirmary so real death was just part of the game. It’s how NAP’s sort of evolved in game as people didn’t want to lose troops in state or during WK/VC. It was very costly.

You can see the amount of time to build change before and after using the boost. That is the only effect. When you use a 30% build time speedup - you can see the amount of time to build overall change

No where written in the rules of no moving states. Says if you participate in another alliances water war that week, you can’t play tundra that week. Also says be in the qualifying alliance by 11/19 00:00 utc to qualify with that team
Also, the registration at the beginning is the only time you can register. It won’t be like reservoir tourney where you could fly states or change alliances after qualifying for the main torment tournament.
