I have been in this situation. Gathering flights is no longer impossible, just slow. The weekly alliance shop has one per week if your alliance is old enough, and they should be by now. Participating in all the events you can, put a hero up for rent in alliance trials, do your 50 helps per day (keep wounded in infirmaries and help each other this way), and donating to alliance tech all give alliance coins. The last two give the coins to stock the alliance shop as well.

dont forget res war, even if yall lose, second alliance gets 75k coins

same with flag capture and tundra, they all give extra

and defense of alliance also gives coins per hit

In the meantime the best way to survive until you can leave is 24 hour shields. Set an alarm for a half hour before it runs out so you don't forget.
Run your events as you do normally.
Ignore them and have fun if you can. There are plenty of states whose governors have common sense, some have learned the way you are, that dictatorship isn't the way to run things.
Tip: if they are hitting your fort while you are in it for dead rising your troops go to your infirmary and alliance infirmary if there's room, they don't die. So build your max infirmaries (10). Tomorrow is build/research/train so the perfect time to max them.
And don't forget to reshield coming out of res!

that's when you make sure the bonfire burns the entire forest it's been set in

Also if they are removing your fort and you catch some littles coming to join... remove the fort yourself to kick the bigs removing it, drop it back in the exact same spot, let the smaller players land then attack them in your fort while shielded (yes that's a thing) and eat the littles... yours don't die but theirs do! It's my favorite game I played while EoS and depending on the culture can be a huge blow to their vanity. 😉

If that doesn't work look for opposing states you can bond with, especially if they are stronger. You'd be surprised what you can accomplish by starting a conversation. Professor Hat & Hell Raiser (2 different states) probably don't remember the little hq 26 they helped turn the tide but to this day I still think of them fondly. Their help literally led to the transformation of that state into a kinder community.

I'm pretty sure all at 10 without additional spending is doable assuming you have the priv card, level 60, reroll to epics, and clicky other epics in state. The extra 10x seeds from events would be buffer, as would fertilized crops

@here I have noticed that there are spending inconsistencies in pricing on the new 19999 items, this means they are often more expensive than buying 2 9999 vouchers, a prime example of this is in the image below, please be aware this is very specific in the high spending currencies.
then as a final note, please be aware of the spend limit on the new premium store vouchers (this means it is never worth buying more than $150 in value of stuff in one go)
please share this information to your alliance spenders
