Well, SWP 10% are calculated from the amount of rally size of Hall of War level. For example it adds 195k at lvl 45.
For a normal rally, not WK rally. They don’t add these 195k to the numbers in the commander profile. Numbers there are same with and without SWP.
That’s I know for sure now :)).

Yes, we were teamed up with another state for our faction

Yeah both times I've done doom all factions were double states. Usually 1 half decent state and another completely dead one

There will be enough players to burn with better hits if we match w those types of states. Us bigs don’t really hit each other because it doesn’t do anything, but if you are under 1.9B true might we will chew thru those

2B and above true might kind of a waste of troops even if someone rallies us

Losing 700k+ troops just to see a -20m hit makes no sense just waste -20m v your -90m loss is just bad math
