Just make sure to switch alliances before and after matchmaking time, not during. Also, it's better to be in an alliance where a few players qualify, because you cannot do lairs with players from same faction but different alliance. Also, sonic speaker is done on Doom map, not regular one, so all non qualified players miss out on it for the duration of Doom.

@cobalt elk that event is very controversial, but I must admit I am one of the ones that LOVE IT! You will quickly need to learn to stay in a safe zone OR bubbled up. I am only HQ29, been at that level probably for a year now 😂 and I could get quite high up in personal quests. I could no longer help hit footholds after a certain level but neither could some t10s and above. I still got very decent rewards, including the 3 rare heroes as for once, I was lucky with the tavern! (I was officer, too, though, so maybe got more coins that way)

Have a maybe fun topic for this morning. Starting to see a trend of people asking for nap on Tundra, as a total care bear I always like to make sure each alliance gets full points in clash & res war but I feel the complete opposite about Tundra. NAP there seems like nota good thing at all and tbh don't plan to start doing it but curious to hear what others think.

We did a NAP for the first time yesterday in Tundra because we were up against another alliance in our state. The NAP was docks were fair game, but not the buildings in their assigned territory and the other was fair game. Everyone seemed to get their points.

Personally though not a fan of NAP in this event. I found it a little difficult to attack dock to dock having to go around to attack another dock rather than going through the connecting buildings.

The one I saw most recently was stay in your own territory and only kraken up for grabs, would be a hard no. I could almost get on board with only docks but we really love to sneak in and grab labs while cutting off docks and getting first control of kraken, that's what makes it fun to me.

You just have to be careful having too many of that soldier type because the wall will cut you down to two kinds of soldier or even one and leave you wide open

Are vehicles bad for attacking? My alliance is Russian and they're where I get the most information from so this might have been poorly translated because idk Russian but they said that vehicles should only be used for collecting resources and they actually make battles worse when u add them as troops

Vehicles hold nothing for attack stats

But yes. Vehicles have a bigger rss load but are slower

Vehicles are only useful as a meatshield, or if you don’t have enough combat troops to gather

Them taking way longer to walk to a rss spot is a negative

The extra capacity is worthless after you play for a few months, as combat troops would also have more than enough capacity while travelling faster

Unless you are in a dead alliance, where you just want to park a march in the alliance rss for multiple days
