The first spot on phase 2 is what it used to be under the old might week. How it was before - if you completed the day, you also earned the lowest ranking. That was 2 cards without the twins for the day and 2 cards with the twins for the ranking. When they initially changed it, they raised the points needed. It’s taken us until this week to get them to fix that. You can see some of the changes on my posts in the news channel if you search for my user name. I’ve been sharing screenshots and clips of spreadsheets. There are other players who charged screenshots too.

Only thing I like about the most recent change is the limit set on the achievements. Now you have a specific point goal to hit rather than a rank that can fluctuate greatly. But the point spread for phase 2-3 is still crazy high for what you get

Wanna know something funny? They took our complaints into account 😂 After the first update to the event, all phases had crazy high goals. Phase one has been set back to its original personal points state. "Only" phases 2 and 3 are harder now.

Having played this game for several years, the devs have actually been more proactive in responding to player complaints than they ever have before. They are never going to go back to the old system, as they never have any time such a major change has occurred, however, there are lots of players providing good feedback which has been taken into account. As far the game dying, states die all the time for lots of reasons, people leave new people come, and some who left return. The game isn't dying anytime soon, but constructive criticism and suggestions are more helpful than they have been in the past when the devs wouldn't even respond.

math says full infirmary cuts the regen rate to like 3.7m/2 weeks

which is like 40kish less healed per 2 weeks

for t11s at least

but noone is sitting at full infirmary for 2 weeks, with instant heal being a thing, so its not too bad to use regular infirmary

I always suggest people fill their infirm with T1s at all times. For non WK days you dont need to use any rss or speed ups to heal troops from lairs, nanos will take care of that. For WK you wont have perma-losses outside the percentage you cant get back up to the maximum your deep heal can take. Much cheaper to use diamonds or wait for nanos to build up than to be forced to heal in your infirm if its full. There are other strategic reasons to keep your infirm filled especially for WK but no need to elaborate on that.

With the timed tavern it really threw things off for those players who regularly utilized off week to grow. Its a bit frustrating and hopefully there will be a better balance. I have been very vocal about the game not taking for granted the FFP or low spend players, which make a vast majority of the game. The game is as much social as it is war and puzzle playing.
