Apologies for taking so long to get back to you. I appreciate any help or input you can offer on how you resolved your situation and if it was similar to mine.

I'm going to post the entire incident in one post, which was sort of spread out b4 to clarify what steps were taken and pray someone. Hopefully, yours was identical, will know how to correct it. Still no response from pns.

I have two Google accounts and two sanctuaries in the same state. One account was bound, but I unbound it before switching to my other account. My goal was to switch the emails, so I unbound it to see what options were available. I didn’t have any trouble managing both accounts before binding one, so this shouldn’t have been an issue—unless the process was impacted by a code change or inadvertently when one of the numerous updates occurred.

After unbinding, I tried switching back to my main account about an hour later. Honestly, I don’t know if I accidentally chose “create a new account” or if the software automatically created one after I selected my other Google account. Either way, instead of taking me back to my main account, a new account was created in state 9xx.

The new account has a new PNS ID#. My original two accounts still have their correct IDs. The problem is that when I select “change accounts,” I’m presented with the same two Google accounts—but the one that use to take me to my main account now brings up the new account. The new account is not bound to anything. The 2nd account is still accessible via the other Google account, and it has never been bound to anything.

My sanctuary is still in the game and can be viewed by another player. Im sure it will burn in a few hours which means there should not be any problem gaining access to it. The problem is not knowing what crazy coding is out there that throws the knowledge of all aspects of coding, data structure, databases, etc., out the window and has me afraid to touch the accounts now.

CS is slow. And CS is especially slow to grant access to an account that has no ownership.

You will need to (likely many times) email them with PROOF the account is yours. This will include information like purchase receipts, transaction logs, IP addresses, email addresses, account creation date.

Sorry but I won't be of any help. I didn't unbind anything so after accidentally creating a new account when I tapped on the wrong account, I just logged in again using my correct Gmail account. for WK - its a good idea to fill infirmary with T1 and then send a small amount of troops to deep healing to get points

troops that go to regular infirmary dont gain points

troops that die or go to deep healing or go to alliance infirm gain points
