No, I just try to be active in most events. Also use Mystery Shop as much as possible. I don't hoard for hoarding's sake though. I use them when needed. Such as jumping from HQ29 to HQ34 quickly. The current hoard is for jumping from HQ34 to HQ38.

Always test before you dive into an idea. I definitely suggest atropos to plus 6 on slight chance you roll apex. But I do that with most my heros plus 6 em first for slight chances of apexs

However, that tactical being +5 means I can have 4 +5 fighter tacticals and have a decent team.
