You can look at the tile to see your gather rate and then you can calculate from there.

There's a set base rate (43200/h for food/wood, 8640/h for steel, 2160/h for gas) and then your boosted gather bonus rate.

What I do (which might not be the best or easiest way) is to figure out the combined gather rate and then calculate in fractional hours how long it takes to deplete each tile level. I then convert to HH:MM:SS format to make it easier to view as well.
