Internal rng for things like hanyu/dara/angelo frags and seeds is skewed for each account based on current stats and enhancement level. I get the lowest stat seeds, which I don’t want, the most. And I get Hanyu frags easily 3:1 or more to the other two as a shooter focus account.

yeah usually you need to hoard in this game if you dont spend

you get them from events if you hoard enough

like intel you would save 270 distress signals. Then use all 270 and get some perfect frags and other nice rewards

maybe even more than 10 if youre lucky with the drops

you also can get them from ruins treasury or sticky bombs but then again gotta save for it

Nuka is a great source for perfect frags when you are able to do well in your bracket. It’s a large part in why people don’t upgrade past 22 or 29 depending on if they know that ahead of time

I typically always get at least 8 perfect frags from nuka as a 29. Additionally I have my silver card 30 day which gives me 1 perfect frag per day

Like others said, being strategic about using your resources is important. Spending and using boxes on event days are imperative
