if you’re the governor, when you activate the Diamond Harvest decree you gain 200 diamonds immediately. they go to your top bar not to your bag. you can do this 3 times per day

Light of Fortune can only be activated by the governor if you have conquered another state (occupied their hub as well as your own for the required 8 hours) and it lasts for 7 days

35 doesn't use tubes, so anything you get you can hoard. You can get 100 a week from ruins and another 100 from pit, plus various other places. I have 5k hoarded, but I started at hq 34.
