Imo it poor planning on players not reading. If shops separate it has a count down usually. I more hate the events its unsure. This was clear as day.

Yes, my mod reports continue to include that the randomness of event reward redemption is confusing and creates a poor player experience
When there are sometimes 5 or more different events running with various run times and random reward redemption rules, sometimes burried in multiple screens, it makes it challenging to keep track

Easily solved. Collect ALL rewards by reset the day the event ends. No missed rewards that way.

Just like you cannot see all your resource information in 1 screen. I should be able to click at the top of my screen and see:

But that is 3 different screens and about 14 clicks
