i’d probably do it in this order: march size is the cheapest to increase so push that first, then troop dmg up is the strongest stat because it calculates on top of other stats (but it’s also the most expensive), then focus atk.

You're usually not using a single color in arena. I'm sure they could change how this works, but doing so would be a net loss for us (possibly screwing up rage gains when running multiple of a color)

That could probably be split evenly, but then we're running the risk of rage gains being split evenly, or each hero having a "turn" at gaining rage.
