Speaker is the hardest to schedule that I know some are just doing it every time it cools down. I've heard suggestions of 2 on Offweeks and 1 on ace week. In case of WK. Party, DoA and DR you can keep in its usual spots for Tuesday and thursday. Res war and clash haven't changed timing either

I had an abundance of resources so I incentivized good performance with resource rewards. Since they got a taste of full rewards, including 90k diamonds, they do it themselves.
But other than that, keep bringing it up in alliance mails. Quick updates, daily goals, pointing out which quests are good for the day, etc. When there's good quests available on the board, point it out in chat. Messaging the lowest performers.

everything @strange stone says works wonders. I will only add one thing that worked for my group as well. I knew which players from previous SD would post zero points. So I sent all those players personal messages asking what’s going on and how I could help.

I got a few responses back and some of these players just had no idea how to participate in showdown. We were able to get a few that would post zero to now get 1500-2K. But obviously not everyone will get in line. Hope that helps.

I think I've seen others mention this, and I think it would be a smart idea to hold diamond exchange every 2 weeks instead of monthly. once a month doesn't allow me to spend enough diamonds to feel motivated to push, i.e. spend.

the value diffrrence is ridiculous. on a good run it's worth spending maybe 30k for scorched earth, but it only takes a bad floor or 2 late to wreck even that much value.

you'd have to clear a box every 60 bombs for scorched earth to hit the same rate of return as diamond exchange for nanotubes, so even if you hit the portal on guess 1 every time, by the box at floor 22 you're operating at a relative loss

Not true I usually get enough nanotubes just from the 3 boxes I hit and I don't use alotta diamonds

yeah, at 3 boxes, scorched earth is well worth the price, but then you're looking at 300 tubes vs 3000 for exchange

The actual Troop Chips themselves don’t count for anything. Just the enhancers and promoters count for Ace.
