I now have PnS customer support saying our neighbours must have moved their buildings and therefore they have taken our territory which isn't right at all. The game mechanics don't allow you to just absorb someone else's land when you have outposts and forts there.

Hello! Please check following bug. Steps to reproduce:

2. Select the wanted hero skin.

Skin button should not cover the Activate button and needed amount of frags.

I was just playing Puzzle Duel. Near the end of the match it was my turn. I did 1 move & it went back to the enemy's turn, instead of giving me 2 turns. The 1st day I was playing it & in the middle of a match it gave me 1 move, then the enemy 1 move, then went back giving 2 moves afterwards

When replying to an Alliance Mail, the message is grouped into player messages. The problem with this is that, sometimes, the player who sends the Alliance Mail, when he receives an answer, doesn't even remember the context anymore. It would be interesting for the game to show that that message was in response to the Alliance Mail and show the corresponding Alliance Mail.

Nano weapon bonuses are passive, so they apply all the time as long as they are equipped (for the general bonuses) or equipped to the specific hero for the hero specific bonuses.
Example. I have a green remote control for Agent X. It has Troop HP bonuses, but only if it is equipped to Agent X.

I have an issue to discuss. A teammate tried a 36 level zombie lair. T10 Fighters, 238000 march, good gear. He used Ulrik 5* red, Noct, Barbie, Sanguine and SeonYou. He was defeated, 46%. He replaced Noct, Barbie and Sanguine with Requiem, Mars and Meyers, all 5* red. He not only got defeated again, but the percentage was 44%. The 3 first mentioned heroes, Noct, Barbie and Sanguine offer 100% attack and defense to Fighters and 25% HP to fighters. The 3 5* heroes, Mars, Requiem and Mayers offer +120% to troop attack, defense, HP. This applies to all types of troops, including fighters. So, by making the replacement he actually has a bonus +20% attack and defense to Fighters and +95% HP to fighters accordingly. How is it possible, not only to win, but to loose with worse percentage? I have screenshots from both attempts. Please explain to me.

One issue is the tactical skill, your friend only had 3 fighter heroes, so he's missing on 500% tactical skill. Tell him to try Ulrik, Sanguine, SeonYou, Meyers and the highest between Mars and Requiem

So it means 1 troop deployment. I just tested it out. It’s not talking about the number of troops. It’s that you can’t be in more than one alliance building at a time.

The only exception to this is for gathering in the alliance mill. But building it counts as being twice deployed. This has never been allowed.

(2) The rally size was more than adequate to allow more than one troop to be deployed.
(3) We have up to now had more than one troop building.

I detected something during Light Ups event. When a person sends, in the chat, the coordinates of another person, when we click on it, Light Up goes to the person who sent the coordinates, and not to the person who uses those coordinates.

When someone clicking on the coordinates, it should be information about the owner of the coordinates appears, not the person who sent the message.

I took the personal quest spend 18,000 diamonds and it hasn’t been calculated. I had 22.6 k diamonds before I started. I no longer do.

That’s because when you tap on the message, you are getting the options for the person who sent it. You need to actually choose go to the coordinates. Otherwise yes, you are going to light up the message sender’s lights. That’s not a bug. That’s just normal game function.

That light up button is for the sender of course. That’s exactly why they’re posting the coords in the first place. It’s also why if it’s your board you want lighted, and not someone else’s, you don’t need to send coords. You can just ask someone to tap on any message you send to select Light Up.

The system gives the option to go to the coordinates, but when we click, the options are based on the player who sent the message.

It would be interesting to add a variable in this case, since when we click on the coordinates, it’s understood that we would like to have information about those coordinates.

Yes but that’s not a bug. It’s working exactly as supposed to. When you tap on the message, all of the options given to you are relevant to the sender of that message. As I said, this is precisely why they share the coordinates of others. So you can go to that person directly, and not to the sender of the message.

What you’re sharing is a suggestion for #💭closed-game-suggestions because it’s not broken

They posted coordinates. So choose Go. Anything else you select is relevant to the sender. How is the game to know you mean someone else? It will naturally show you the options for the sender.

I confess that I was in doubt when submitting the case but, in view of the color issue, I thought it’s more of a bug, since it’s something detectable by the system, so much so that the system creates a field, in the option, to go straight for the coordinate.

Yes, you're right, it's the same for me. My rider camp is at level 32 glory, but the camp is at 30. It's been asked a few times. I will forward it. 🙂

Are you accessing it via your daily quest? Progress has been 0 lately if you are doing that, that has been reported. You will get your progress if u access from ruins directly instead.

It’s not a bug. It’s just an error in writing. The limitations for glory come from how many buildings you have at a certain glory level, not the level of each building itself. This is different from modules and gear which are HQ-dependent.

So you posted it 2 days ago. Problems don’t get fixed straight away. Between the communication from the players to us and then from us to the CC and then for the CC to gather everything we sent them and fix the issue/coding etc - it takes time.
Rome was not built in one day.
Just a little patience will surely be acceptable 🙂

And regarding the notifications - the problem is known. We’ve been pushing hard for it to get fixed.

In yesterday wasteland war, i was told a player landed on the safe area in enemy state but was forcibly evicted using the new perk, he was than randomly pushed onto the wasteland danger area and attacked . Is this possible ? If yes, should this be a bug or just a possibility the developers did not consider?

The relocate talent is a random relocate, so it is a possibility. I was part of a group not to long ago where the talent was used on us. Some were ported to the edges of the state, some moved only a spot or two, and some landed directly in front of the person who used the talent.
So, not a bug, just very bad luck.

No, it’s never been out of bounds unless it’s agreed to in NAP between the states. Personally, I think the devs want us to park there to hit, be hit, and gain turrets or hub quicker.
You have seen states where sanctuaries are sitting in the grey to prevent opponents from attacking from that area?

It’s not an out of bounds area to be randomly relocated to. It’s why before I used a random yesterday, I made sure our mud had no holes. Direct relocate is the safest option if you can’t afford the chance of a random port onto the wasteland.

No, i don’t mean out of bounds as in player agreed nap . I meant that i did not know that random ports allow sanctuary to land on wasteland . I now realise it is a possibility which is made more real by the “ expel sanctuary” alliance function.

Essentially you might land your sanctuary on an enemy alliance territory during wasteland and send troops to war . Enemy alliance expels you and you land on the wasteland area randomly and get burnt.😱 and it is essentially a frightening game possibility and not a bug.

Ive reported this more than once but Ill say it one more time in hopes that it gets real consideration before I decide to stop letting this game agrivate me and walk away. The feast entrance needs to be fixed in a real way. When I see the same people ,even in my alliance, able to enter every feast while others are repeatedly locked out. It is extremely frustrating and turns the player gaming experience from fun to just aggitating. When some are constatly locked out they are put at a huge dissadvantage in several ways. Please fix this before it leads to more frustration.

I’m not sure what frags you’re talking about. There are no frags in the memory event. Those are just characters from GI Joe on the cards. They’re not actual game heroes. You get 5* cards and perfect frags for the heroes that are in the game.

I’m not sure if what I say can give you some clarification, but I’m hoping it does. Each time you enter the pits on a freshly entered (not occupying anything) it gets smaller and smaller. It’s like the whole place is collapsing and the floors in the back are the first to go. So if I was able to steal on floor 3800 before, when I go in again to steal, the level lost 500 floors and now I’m only able to go up to 3300. I always start from the last floor and work my way back to the first to find some juicy pits. Hence the evacuation time… maybe??

My apologies if this has already been discussed. I get a large amount of app crashes. At any given time. Not just peak times (ie. Reset) Will sometimes crash multiple times in a row after loading and clicking anything. Would uninstalling and reinstalling help with this issue? Do I risk losing any data?

The game wouldn’t play on my iPhone 6, could barely chat without it crashing.
Don’t think it’s crashed on my phone since I upgraded it.

Unless you can show me that you hit craft and it said apex, but you didn’t get one, you’re just seeing the weapon for what it’s max is.

One or two extra might be understandable, but this is ridiculous!i lost 14 first, so, according to information handed down for months now it should have stopped by wave 17 this shows 14-19.

The login issue was unexpected and was not part of the update. It was prioritized over the maintenance and should have been solved before continuing with the scheduled update.

They’re still investigating what caused the login issue and doing so may delay the update.

Except when that sanctuary is a farm, not a sanctuary you are actively spending money on becoming strong enough to survive in pits 2 and above. A farm that has stopped at HQ 22, and just generates resources constantly, which includes getting a full six hours of rare earth without being stolen from an hour after getting a mine, because you are a farm and not another fully functional sanctuary you spent hundreds on, to be relevant.

Earlier this day I purchased the Chroma Airship pack. In my bag I got delivered the Puzzles Master (the one with 300 energy points). I thought that I "clicked" the wrong button. Few hours later I purchased the same Chroma Airship and I got delivered the same Puzzle masters with 300 energy points.

Shouldn't have the Puzzle Master with 300 energy points dissappear and in its place appear the one with 500? How was I able to buy 2 packs that I didn't want? The first time I thought that I "clicked" the wrong button, but the second time I was 101% sure that I bought the Chroma Airship pack.

I am well aware that there will be no action taken rather another counter to what I’m about the say, but either way, I’ll still say my peace..

You see, here’s the issue with this statement… Maybe, 1. You guys should really be clear with your wording. Cause no where it is stated that there is a chance we will get same rewards multiple times.
There’s 12 rewards and one can easily assume you have 12 chance to get all the rewards. Also given the fact each round it gets expensive with the lucky coin, so it’s already giving us the impression that “make sense, to get the gold tire it will cost more”. And not think that for example, I am using 5 lucky coins for 40 speedups and also 55 lucky coins for another 40 speedups.

2. Lucky shot could also be read as “oh you have 1/12 chance of getting the gold tier rewards, but if you’re lucky enough you will get it anytime and might not even have to go through everything”

3. To back up what I meant, when you received one reward and it’s checked off, letting us know we have already received it. So there’s the uncheck one and we have the chance of getting them now; given each round you need more and more lucky coin. again, no statement that says we will get same rewards multiple times. if it wasn’t getting checked off maybe we all would have known that we have multiple chances of getting the same reward

4. Maybe you are right. That’s not a bug, and probably the game is actually rigged and it’s a sneaky way of getting more money. Which I totally get, believe me. But when you have clear instruction or information, it makes everything easier and can actually avoid confusion and conflict, cause either way, us consumers will spend and the game will be making money! But thank you though for making it clear!

There is a bug in quest I think, when I click make a purchase in ruins in quest, it shows a page with some of the items not unlocked, but I have them unlocked already. And from ruins page there’s no display problem.

There are several players in this game all of which submit tickets from the little things to something serious. CS will still all have to go through all of them.

They also answer based on when the ticket is received. So it does take a while. Their responses may not be the best, but they do their jobs….and just because you think that you contribute to their salary doesn’t mean you get to disrespect them.

One of the bugs that annoys me the most is when heroes are pre-selected as I go to gather resources. Here is how to reproduce that problem.

1. First, just for completeness, pretend like you are going to gather resources and take note that no heroes are already selected. Or if they were, clear them just to make sure.
2. Now go to the arena and enter Cmdr Duel Conquest. Prepare to fight a battle, but don't even start it. Just get to where heroes are selected.
3. Exit and go back to trying to gather. Ta Da, your arena heroes are pre-selected to go gathering for you.

Yes. Since they added the weapons to the heroes tab. The only way the notifier will go out is if you use up all your upgrade material AND any green weapons that aren’t equipped. (Promoters too if you have enough) Some of those weapons I save for the appropriate heroes since they’re really hard to get anything higher.

But the issue is that a Zl40 is identical in terms of zombie tier and numbers as a monster lvl7. So if we can beat a Zl40, there's no reason we shouldn't beat the monster.
If as you said that shooters got nerfed, then we should be losing on Zl40 as well.

I've actually seen lair reports lately that don't show all participants on the screen that Darksied's screenshot is showing, but then if you click on that yellow box for the additional battle details, the missing person will show up on that next screen... I'm betting if the player in the screenshot clicks on that yellow box, it will show that another player was in the rally.

It has happened in the past, so we always recommend taking a ss when you set a shield as proof so that when you talk to CS, there is no way for them to deny it was an error on your part. It’s what I do every Valiant just in case.

I don't know if you could necessarily call this a "bug" but more of a missed update. I'm not sure if you have noticed but the event zombies (last one being the spider-shark thing) are still using the old lair mechanics. By that I mean
1 - sending vehicles will actually increase damage rather than lower it
2 - even if the fighter-rider-shooter-vehicle model is followed, sending full troops that are 2 or more tiers lower than the one initiating the rally causes more injuries.
These are bugs that were corrected in a future update that made zombie lairs more even between the troop types. Prior to this update, riders used to have a huge advantage when it came to lairs over fighters and shooters.

Also, the listed "Might" for a level 7 event zombie is shown as 918,720,000 or the equivalent to a lvl 42 lair. This is incorrect as the actual troops for a level 7 event zombie is in fact, the same as a level 40 lair. Meaning the listed "Might" for a level 7 event zombie should be 835,200,000.

So for the Army expansion event you get 110 points per troop for every T10 troop created. Using my skills to max this I create 1915 troops per round of creation which should be 210,650 point per round of creation correct? If my math is correct the game is not giving me nearly that many points per round of creation of troops

When your antiserum is full/near full, the rat and rodent rallies are not warning you to upgrade a hero in order to make more room the way that zombie lairs do. So once your warehouse limit is full, you don't get any antiserum from rat/rodent rallies. Not even sent to your bag.

If you recycle a leveled hero the serum goes into your bag, then rebuild them with the out of bag serum. #greenstuffhacks.

It’s not considered as a bug and you did just answer your own question since he technically on a different map so he wasn’t in alliance territory, so the boost will not take effect on him unfortunately.

Not sure this is a bug or an oversight, but why do heroes that I've silenced still alert me when I've got enough books to evolve them or skins to reclothe them? If I wanted to know when those things were possible for any particular hero, then I'd un-silence them. Silence should silence everything for them.

I don’t get alerts for evolving heroes I muted. Only for skins. But I don’t have any 5* heroes muted. My 4* and below don’t show any notifications though. And I have plenty of books. It’s likely a bug.

Usually that is just lag. Just restart the app or wait a bit. It happens on occasion. We report it if it’s ongoing for awhile and affects multiple people.
