Switched out Hartman which has 50% shooter bonus for Mars who has 40% bonus but also has nanoweapon for additional 40% troop bonus. Overal it should increase my shooter troops but it ended up less. Hartman gave me 68% on a level 35 lair while the Mars version gave me 54%. Mars is a red star +5 with rare nano weapon. Please review the bonus calculations

This one I can explain., Nano Weapon stats are passive (means it does not matter if Hero equipped is in combat). You basically -10% merely. Mars is 40%, Hartwell is 50%. Nano stats are passive

You can't deactivate a skin yhe boost stack for each skin so checking to see if the boost does apply to hp or atk is hard because the boost stack even if you arent wearing it

To All Gamers,

DO NOT buy the Christmastadt Sanctuary Skin. According to what’s depicted, it should add AtK to all 3 categories of Troops. Instead, it adds 10% Fighter HP, Shooter HP & Rider HP. Those who do Lairs will know that there is a world of difference in AtK & HP.
It has been falsely advertised and a complete waste of money for the price. Until they rectified the problem, please boycott it.

That happens to me sometimes, I have English and Japanese keyboards and it confuses the game.

Every Valiant there are multiple players experiencing the same glitch. We put up a 24 hour shield but it drops as if we put up an 8 hour shield. We lose rss and people. Support always gives the basic response, telling us we used an 8 hour shield. We are all long time players and are experienced enough to know the difference. Screen shots don't help because support doesn't understand that it is a glitch and not player error. Anyone else experience this, please show your support. Thanks

Does anyone else have issues with capitalization in text after submission? Either in a message or to the alliance/state bulletin?

After typing and posting a message, the system reverts all capitalized letters to lowercase, so that the entire contents are all lowercase.

In messages, it seems to be quite random and I cannot figure out what the cause is. But on alliance bulletin, I managed to find a workaround of sorts, leaving the 3 letters for a specific allied alliance's alias lowercase, I was able to fix the remainder of the bulletin. After this, it shows as if the message is translated from German to English. However, it had all been typed in English. Several different members of our alliance ran into the same issue.

It means something in your message got censored. Not blocked. But censored. The game doesn’t like CA for example. It forces it and everything else into lowercase. My alliance was CAT and I had to alter the A to Ā

Seems unlikely. Censorship typically results in the censored part being replaced with asterisks, not putting capitalized letters in their lowercase form.

Seems like a bug. Because the only thing different in the bulletin that was posted where the capital letters stayed capitalized and where they're reverted to lowercase was whether we typed dke or DKE, respectively. Typed in lowercase, it leaves the system believing it needs to translate the entire message from German to English (but it's all in English already).

Regardless, when alliances use aliases, as required upon setup in the game, DKE and dke are two separate and distinct alliances. It's imperative that the message conveys the correct alliance.

Sorry bud but @solid cloud is right, it’s not a bug. We use a lot acronyms and abbreviations for censored items so we can’t capitalize them, so it reverts to lowercase to make more seem like a word and not the fallowing.

@vague crow did you get a message from the Devs about the skin? I did they said they are aware of the problem as many people turned in a ticket for the problem and they are getting their techs to work on it…lol didn’t say when though

You still haven't managed to correct the issues in Arena.... I consistently get inappropriately match with people 250 to 300 ranking points and markedly higher in power. Once in a match, their special powers fire off 1.5 to 3 times faster. This has been happening for over a year now, and I've pointed it out previously.

It won’t show progression for every purchase, so it takes awhile for it to show movement. And yes small purchases will mean a longer time between leveling up. But I’ve not seen any document that shows gift level numbers. If you think it’s actually an issue and the purchases are more valuable (purple and red boxes), then I’d message CS.

I reported a bug, which is what this channel is for. You replied trying to claim it wasn't a bug, so apparently you weren't so aware of it. I never asked you, nor expected you, to do anything about it. And using a different name does nothing to resolve the issue. It is a bug. Read my full description of the issue. It has nothing to do with censorship. That reasoning makes absolutely no logical sense. Typing a censored word in all caps will still cause it to be censored with asterisks. Reverting everything entirely to all lowercase does nothing for censorship.

I imagined a mod would handle it from there, informing whichever necessary department of the reported issue. I didn't imagine that it get a bunch of feedback from other players on whether or not they think it is a bug while providing no suggestions on how to resolve the issue or even a way to work with it in the interim.

If it’s an older phone, iPhone 6 for instance, or iPad 6th gen, it’s because they have an older OS and graphics which can’t handle what the games thrust at them.
I do find forcing the game closed and restarting my 6th gen iPad helps for a day or two, then I have to do it all again.
My iPhone 11 doesn’t crash, but it does lag on data.

More states in arena is fine. Pairing players with states 8-12 months more play time is really just laziness of the developers. This is probably the #1 complaint and they let it sit.

Also knowing the problem on the skin and not fixing it yet is also laziness. I’m sure they sold enough of the skins to pay some one to code it proper.

We’re not. But they’ve left it for weeks now, despite two big updates and multiple small ones. To me it appears purposeful on their part. Otherwise the argument should be made that the ampersand question is a bug because most non-Latin based languages don’t use the “&” symbol in their writing and wouldn’t know it means “and”. Though it’s also used in coding, it doesn’t tell you it means “and”. So speakers of Asian and perhaps even Cyrillic languages, shouldn’t get that question bc it’s biased towards westerners and Latin letters.

The amount of dumb stuff that is left in after updates is pretty high… I don’t assume something is deliberate just because it remains after an update. Eg you still get muted for saying “admin” in chat. But also if you say “badminton”. Last week i used 10 refills on lvl40 zombies since im collecting blueprints for my lvl36 upgrade and out of all my attacks i ended up with 8 of her frags so NEVER take me to vegas or ill lose everyones money according to support

The drop rate for hero frags and 5* cards goes down the higher your hq level for some stupid reason! When I was smaller, maybe 25 hq, I would have 100+ frag cards and get Requiem frags much more frequently. Now I’m hq 30 and get twice the 4* cards and Otto frags, or none at all, instead. It’s quite maddening! I am convinced they’ve done it so we have to spend diamonds to recycle already maxed 4* heroes, or real money on perfect frags and 5* hero cards!
The bigger you get, the less you get of stuff you actually need to advance. Except gear promoter 1s. Those I get 10 from level 37+ lairs a lot.

ive been almost 400mil 4 times and because of wasteland and seemingly every state having a 40 but mine ive had to keep spending money to get back up as it stands im just getting back to 333mil and still missing 800k troops that died to lag. they have finally admitted that its an issue although less of one because people has slowed down sending in tickets for it..... which if i had to make a guess is because people are sick of not getting help for anything from them.... but im well over 10k in us dollars whats the threshold on how much money before they help out or there has to be a point of escalation i am gonna go full karen here and report this game to google play if something doesnt happen.... i have literally pages and pages of them lying and then back tracking and agreeing but still not being willing to help.

Honestly… troops are a disposable entity in the game. It tells you that when you’re playing wasteland kings. It’s a choice. If you don’t want your troops to die, don’t send them out during wasteland kings and definitely don’t park in the mud during it. Play valiant or res and clash if you want your troops back in the end.

BUT when a loss happens due to a technical issue on their end that they admit is an issue they should be willing to make it right or else what is support even for? so far out of 4 states i have yet to find a single person that has legit been helped and hasn't received a spam message about wanting to make the game better

They won’t do a d*mn thing without screenshots, and then will argue with you about when it was actually taken, etc. I’ve pretty much given up on CS for anything but spammers and a cpl other things. I come here to find solutions, or simply take the loss/learn to live with it.
Like the issue with the game not being maximized for iPad, or Alliance Trial hero rental notifier not showing until you actually go to the event page. I’ve contacted them numerous times and have given up on it as I know they do t care enough about the low spenders to do anything about anything I may say, whether it’s a legitimate complaint, or something to make the game experience better for everyone.

Misleading answer in Fox Test. Question was something about the speed of a falling object and the answer was "Faster and faster until landing" which is misleading. A falling object without any other force may reach terminal velocity before landing, at which point it cannot fall any faster.

We had a lot of wounded during WK. The alliance infirmary said there were troops in the infirmary but no one could see them. People had to leave their troops when they went back to their own alliances because they couldn’t see them to heal them.

And we absolutely got our buts kicked today. We had a 2.1 billion land a successful hit, several fights back and forth on hubs/towers, we are actively still fighting for our hub and we have zero troops in our alliance infirmary. Have millions throughout killed though. This is messed up!

Do not try to heal a specific troop amount if you have marches out. It has been confirmed and replicated a number of times that if you select a small number of troops heal and a march happens to return while you are pressing HEAL, the game will override your troop selection and heal the maximum number of troops you have the resources to heal. Can share video evidence for anyone interested, but since they claim this is not a bug, there are no plans to fix it and it will continue to eat resources from unsuspecting players. Share as widely as you can, and if you think this shoddy coding should be fixed, let support and devs know. More voices and they may actually fix the problem.

A very stupid bug. The squad returns from collecting the lvl 5 diamond tile by itself. This can happen at any time. I sent units several times to the same tile, but they return before they have collected the entire amount.

And of course (a) Res War is over and (b) I did not initiate the rally, so recreating the situation is impossible.

I have been trying to get them to fix Arena dual. For some unknown reason mine does not refresh. It is impossible to play the game when it is not refreshing properly. My might is higher (almost 13 million) yet I get beaten by a player with lower might at 9 million or sometimes 10 million. When I do play other players with higher might I lose also. So why am I always losing no matter how much I increase my might I still lose.

I have been stuck on Ultimate Challenge 235 for many months now. Most of the time I don’t even bother with the daily attempt. When I do try it’s at least an hour of wasted time.

This is how most boards look. So many attempts where 1-2 total matches before enemy heroes use specials. I swear that this UC gives 80% red tiles when you need to green to win.

Every attempt is basically wasted as I spent my entire time just clearing wrong colors because the right ones never show up or aren’t matchable. So maybe a bug but who knows. Plus the fact that there’s no healers (if I remember right).

Those levels are challenging by design. We all get stuck on them for a time. Some months. Some weeks. Just depends on your heroes and yes sometimes the boards suck but it is part of it.

Hi, since Friday my lair win percentage dropped from 71% to 65%, I'm still able to solo a level 38 lair. Also, I've noticed that my might has dropped too, by approx 1 million. Almost like some of my troops didn't return after alliance clash. My talent hasn't changed and I can't think of anything that would have caused such a change. Leah is important here you really should get her to 350 at least. Because in the clutch at the end when you've almost got it and she's invulnerable giving you extra turns to finish it off. Other than that you need some luck with Requim target Ulric with her and pray she drops a poison.

So I just noticed something wasn't really paying attention today exciting WK. Anyhow as it's the weekend shouldn't we have the Diamond event and Diamond Exchange??? It was that idiotic Bomb event last weekend so now they're screwing us out if the Diamond Exchange all together? If that the case I'll be uninstalling soon. I count on those resource crates. Gas and Steel are ridiculous to save up. Already slowed my growth having it once a month.

I can't see your hero's level's but from their life points they aren't very good. The 230+ UC all require strong hero's that can take a punch. If 3 of your hero's are dying a few turns into a 20-30 round fight of course your gonna lose. All 3 of the dead are hugely important Mars for controlling rage. Nam for the attack boost. Even Sheldon err I mean Samuel to fill your toons. If your entire line isn't 350ish you don't stand much of a chance no matter what the game board looks like. I'd work on Mars get him to +5 for 6* He's an awesome hero in Alliance Trial because he drains rage and positioned right boost's the damage of those adjacent. If you have him in the Mid slot Ulric and Obsidian should be next to him. I was stuck here a while as well but on one Sunday a while back I buckled down and did 29 of my 30 daily attempts in a row and finally got it on 29.

What they should have done is instead of killing one Diamond Exchange week they should have put the that horrible wallet vacuum Scorched earth on the WK weekend. Then I could get my RSS crates every 2 weeks like used to and ignore Scorched earth on WK weekend.

Probably shouldn't make absolute statements like that. I didn't use Hartwell at all. What it takes is strategy and properly leveled hero's. And most importantly luck with the gem board. Making Obsidian primary target and keeping enemy Ulric from De-buff with Mars rage drain or Your Ulric firing right after. I tried several attempts with Hartwell and even at 210 she dies in a few normal attacks. But in the end no matter what you use in these UC it 10% strategic and 90% luck with the gems. Ohh and also another tip ALWAYS fire Obsidian before Ulric.

Might be your wifi access from work (when your work wifi can’t verify the security certificate it will come back with an error and not let you access the app / website for example). See if that happens if you switch to mobile data

Try restarting your phone, if you have already tried the closing the app completely method. Also sometimes if there is an issue with Wi-Fi it can cause this type of thing. Try turning off Wi-Fi on phone and use cell air data to see if it is remedied

When you get gems from Ruins or Rare Earth, they go into your bag. Same with gems from Joy. You get points for the gems you open through your Nova research centre. Once you open them there, you will get the Nova Event points.

Since the last update my switching to another account specifically switching to Facebook keeps failing and crashes the app without message and when start again Im in the original account the switch didn’t work. I’d say 50% if the time this is happening and it’s frustrating!!
