Hi, so the bots are ridiculous now. After reporting literally over 100 to CS all they tell me is that they will be sorted. Now I've put my farm accounts in open alliances that are full of them. Straight up to r4 then r3 is the program. There is no Fort placed in some and deposing the leader is not an option as they are on a set timer. I've been around a few of the bot farms. All around the same level of might HQ 14/15, 2 - 5 million might. Randomly generated names. They use cars to gather back and forth for tiles. They haven't got above t5 troops, yet. There are no resources being stored in these places either. I've sent all this to customer service and I'm not holding my breath. I know this will have been asked before but is there any concrete info about this yet? 😔

For the last several weeks, I have been having an issue, reading any in game mail/notifications. I have tried to fix the game, uninstall and re-install many many times...Does anyone have an idea how fix this. Just to clarify, when I try to open, I get the loading wheel and then times out and get the refresh notification. Every once in a while I am able to get in for a couple of messages but the issue comes back fairly quickly

You have to make sure your gathering talent is set before you send out to the tiles. Once set you can change your talent again.

When I tested yesterday, gathering speed wasn't affected by changing talent sets while marching to a tile. Rally troops also appear to have their stats set once you set the rally. When attacking Destroyer or single zombies, however, switching talents (and apparently applying boosts) while marching will affect the outcome of your attack.

For what it's worth, here's where I tested on Destroyer. If you change something en route, it will change your damage. All three of these marches were sent out exactly the same. First attack had my military talent set throughout. Second attack, I launched with military and switched to economic. Ran third attack to see if anything other than switching talents would affect it. I scouted a player seconds before my attack landed and received extra damage for War Frenzy.

Yeah I always use war frenzy before hitting destroyer as this does represent the extra damage you would get when hitting a player (5%).

Not tested by hitting a lair/zombie then changing the talent before it hits but I will do it today when my stamina is regenerated.

My test on a lair showed that the military boosts were set when the rally was set (as leader), and did not change after, but that testing was very half-assed. 😅 It just irks me that either it's buggy or they intentionally made this aspect inconsistent, and I don't know which.

FYI, not sure if this is what you are referring to, but using another hero’s skill to offset/dispel the immunity to rage gain while Leah is in defensive stance isn’t a bug, it’s the design of the game

agree on that. When using first lady m and then leah, lady m prevents ANY debuffs from applying. So it is per design that leah then can regain rage - same for agent x btw

Could be bots. They are a plague to open alliances. Suggest you make it invite/request only and put a might restriction on so they can't request to join. If it's a real person and they want to join they can always mail the leader who can send them an invite. Another downside of open alliance is it will auto invite any untagged player near your territory.

Also happens when you upgrade chips, moduls or something else. Seems to happen more often if you increase single stats. Think it has something to do with the background calculation. So if you change Balance between stats, you could get negativ results. But that’s only my idea for the reason. Don‘t know the math done when you attack lairs.

The bots are pretty easy to spot.
From my experience, they always have names comprising of 2 random words. They always have the default avatar. They range from HQ 15 - 17, but the vast majority are HQ 16. Despite being at those levels, they never have chips unlocked, even though at 16 you unlock modules, they don't even have chips. Their gear is nearly always +3 & +4. They always do rally attacks against level 1 lairs. They always seem to go for level 3 steel plants, but never send enough units to actually gather that much steel. They always attack level 10 Z-Nurses, usually just with vehicles, which means they will lose, then they usually use just shooters afterwards. They never extinguish the fire if they're attacked. They very rarely use a shield. And they never communicate in chat or answer messages. There's more ways to spot them than that, but once you spot one you'll spot them everywhere, they're like vermin. I've seen them with officer positions in alliances, I've even spotted one alliance that had 6 bots in it.

S56 is about to enter Valiant in 3 hrs, and most of us in the U.S. will be asleep. If the 2 hour shield provided after the reset overrides any existing shields that were put up, then a lot of people will find out that they were attacked and had resources stolen through no fault of their own.
I sincerely hope that the shields put up before the reset have precedence over the 2 hour shields!

It’s been my experience that the maintenance shield runs simultaneously and the counter on the one I have counts same. Whichever runs out first disappears and leaves other shield in tact. In my observation. Good luck!

sorry to hear that. It happened to a teammate in the past; crafting showed an apex weapon, he had a ss showing this, but when it was done, he got a common version of the weapon. He contacted CS, and they told him that the glitch was what was shown crafting, not what he received. hopefully you get better results.

The reason for the different ranking is because of the number of people on the two separate leaderboards. If you look at the phase requirement to be ranked it says 200k points. Total rank however requires 1M points to be ranked.

If you look close 1 is a book the other is a hammer the book is talents the hammer is shields and troop boosts

It changes depending on what boosts you have active. If you only have your Golden Hammer activated, it will be a hammer icon. If you put on a shield, it will change to a shield icon. If you put on a gathering boost or an attack boost, it will change accordingly. The only time it is annoying is when you use a Talent, and then it changes to the talent book icon and is identical to the other icon, like in I have a plan's image.

This is something that is bugging me so I figure it would be a good place to post. I am working on Promoting my Vehicles to T10s. I set a number in this case 1,185 to promote to T10. (I can do up to 1,695). I have the resources to make the promotion so when I click Promote I should begin promoting 1,185 T7 Reapers to T10 Pulverizers.. YOU WOULD THINK......

BUT NO!. The number some how changes from the 1,185 that I set to 1,104 when the timer starts... What's up with that? Why would I not promote what I set the number for? I should have promoted 1,185 T7s but when I clicked it lowered it down to 1,104 WHY????... I had the resources necessary, I had enough T7s still to promote, but the number changed on me and this has happened several times, not just once.

Can anyone fathom a guess why when I set the number of Vehicles to promote, have the amount or resources necessary to promote the number that I set, yet when I press the promote button it lowers the number and does not promote the amount I set the thing up for in the first place??

@noble estuary this is not a glitch so long as you don't have the amount locked the game will only allow you to make units in accordance to how much resources you have out, if you change the number and exit screen it reverts back to the amount of units you can make for the resources you have.

To avoid this always lock the amount and remember to do so again as you upgrade bootcamps.

That's the problem.. I do not have it locked, and I had the correct resources out to promote the number I set it for. I did not have this problem with Fighters, Shooters, or Riders.. but I am having it with Vehicles. It changes the number on me every time, even when I set the number, then confirm the resources to be pulled out of my bag for that number of vehicles. It has been changing it to a lower number. I have promoted thousands of troops to T10 but I have no idea why it is doing this now with my vehicles.

I had an odd number like 5,185 and I wanted to lower it to 4,000 by promoting 1,185 from the 5,185 leaving me 4,000 left to promote, but when I set the 1,185 (having the resources to promote them) then pressed the button it changed the number on me and lowered it even though I had the resources available to promote what I set it at. I should not have to lock the number, it should promote to what I set it at, not a different number I never put in.

It’s not that tough to unlock it again. The resources you get are never exact and lag sometimes causes issues. Just set to max. Lock. Get resources. Promote or train. Unlock again if you so choose. You’re making a mountain out of an ant hill.

Is this a Bug forum? I thought it was... If you are setting a number, have the correct amount of resources to promote or train that number and then click the button to start the process and the game changes the number on you, in spite of having the resources in place to promote/train the number you set, it is a bug. The game shouldn't change the number on you if you have sufficient resources to promote/train what you have set whether you locked it or not.

As to my observations, leader-boards have 2 level sorting - first by the rank, 2nd, where rank matches, - by the time when rank was reached (you know - UC rank, HQ rank etc.). Hi! Just a question on Alliance Trials. Wondering if there is a glitch in the system. When a person deploys a hero. Others can use it one time then it’s greyed out. They can’t use it again. Now the deployer of that hero can change it (after the cool-down) so they change heroes to deploy. Why can’t the person that got the previously deployed hero use the other another one the next day deployed by the same person? What’s the point of changing heroes of the deployer can’t have someone use them twice. One for each hero?

Usually from either weird spending or a foreign IP log in. Have them first check how they pay and make sure that's ok. Then create a new account and contact CS so they help get them back on

If someone uses your hero you get 1000 alliance coins, however you're limited in the amount of times you receive this bonus.
I think it's limited at 25 or 30 times.
So if for example your hero was used 50 times you only get 1000 alliance coins each for the first 25/30 and the rest give you bupkis.

Hello. I tapped what appears to be an unoccupied tile. However, when the popup screen displayed it shows it was occupied. First time I have seen this, but someone else in my Alliance has bumped into this as well. I tapped on and off the tile several times to make sure it wasn't an oops. I clicked the occuped tile next to it to see if it was the same player, and it wasn't.

It happens often to me in both nuka (lost shields because of it) and regular gameplay. When the lag is 10-60 seconds long, it is easy for the game to miss showing a march or conflict until after it happens.
The player sent their march while you were experiencing lag, but your game thought it was still live and showed you what it knew before losing connection, but then it connects to the server and because the other march wasn’t affected by the lag, it now shows you the new info, including you trying to send troops after they were there.
