my suggestion is to always switch off and on the phone (apple phones need a hard reset which is not the same thing as a factory reset) then try opening the game again.

Normal processor work with nano chips in mobile devices will want a general reset after a period of time that is undetermined due mainly to factors of use and temperature.

I sent to a player to attack, I can see the player clearly on map but March has gone to other location where he ported.

Another player I attacked ported around and I could not find anymore. Thinking it is safe. I get a red screen flashing but no attacker sanctuary showing. As you can imagine I got killed off.

I am done with valiant. Ty for nothing.

All boost gone and could not even heal half of it after being wiped the week before in wasteland in mega fight.

I'm using android too. It's been happening since Fox's test. It was lagging and then the spam mails came in. The lag got progressively worse. Now I'm disconnected and unable to reconnect.

So the game just lagged so badly during Fox Test and Valiant of all time's.
I got an error on my screen and noticed everyone in my alliance had the same issues so I sent a ticket.
Not even 2 seconds after sending the ticket it shows disconnected and now I can't get in to any of my accounts and there's several that the shield will pop really soon.
Hope the dev can resolve what happened this morning.
If not many newer players will be too disappointed to continue playing or invest money into the game.

I’ll put this in suggestions too.
It would perhaps be better for big days like today and Wasteland (leaving Zenith as a separate entity) if they were staggered, or of shorter duration. I know folks like the longer time to gather or cause mayhem, but if the servers are going to be this horrid on big days something needs to be done if they are only going to upgrade (downgrade, IMO) or do maintenance instead of paying for more bandwidth to accommodate the masses!

There were a lot of shield issues!!! I lost a lot becuse of the malfunction of their shield! For some reason my 8-hr shield only last for over an hour or two.. now I can’t play more valiant because i have no troops.. everyone is in the jnfirmary and takes 73 days to heal!! I lost 100s of millions of rss because of this issue!!! It is taking my interest to play this game.. soooo many issues!

Unfortunately I barely use Discord and just enjoy the fun in the game (until something goes wrong). And I do believe there’s a lot of players out there that doesn’t have Discord! So errors being posted in several channels, etc is not enough.. to lose what you have worked hard for and paid for because of the games bugs! It is frustrating!

Several players including myself have lost items from their bags. Personally I lost direct ports. Others have lost different items. We all received 20 messages saying there was a virus in the game and tech was working to correct it. So glitches during svs and viruses resulted in lost items from bags. For a shooter lair it’s rather significant what the supporters send. I‘m gonna bet that in the second lair you had people sending fighters while in the first there was a shooter or vehicle support.

Can you elaborate here? I am aware certain troops supplement each other but I have not pinned it down entirely. I also wasn’t aware vehicles could be a factor.

I did a test on lvl I couldn't do so I could better see kills and casualties with each troop type. When people sent only fighter or vehicles that gave me less casualties. For shooter just can't be mixed troops or because of that you can jump in %.

Look guys, I’m sorry. We had several players during the Valiant before this one post to #🦗bug-hunt to tell us that their shields had dropped prematurely. When I saw that and saw that folks were not getting help for it, I thought it would be a good idea for players to try to get some evidence that would back up any claims they needed to make.

You all are right about it being ridiculous that you feel like you have to screen shot every little activity you do in order to avoid being shafted. But, and I don’t know exactly how they work, I think that CS probably has to make instant decisions about which claims to pursue and which to take on and investigate further. I would imagine that having irrefutable proof of your claim goes a long way to getting your case dealt with quickly and efficiently. At least that’s how I imagine it.

We are not Customer Service here, and we cannot dig into the game and help you all out the way they can. But I am a player too, and since prematurely popping bubbles looked like it just might be a bug of some sort, I wanted to use this space (which is the only space I have) to let as many players know as possible to pay special attention and screenshot what’s happening. It was neither a decree from CS, nor an attempt at customer service. It was one player to another saying, “Let’s build a case for this.”

In response to sending out known bug alerts through the System Mail, the devs actually do this. But, I believe as far as they are concerned, this isn’t a known bug. It has been reported, yes, but I don’t know if they have found a cause for it, or if they are looking. Proof forces the hand, so that is why I sent that out. I didn’t want to ping everyone and be bothersome since I was acting completely on my own, but maybe next time I will.

You are shooter based so fighters in your lairs will tank them. Do you always look at your lairs this closely or where you just looking because you changed your frame and wanted to know if it would make a difference. I am wondering if it has always been this way for you and you just haven’t noticed…

I switched recently to shooter. So I did test with them to see what's best for me. When people send hero's to your rally it kind of balances your hero's and his so you can get worse in your lairs. Hence why my percentage jumped from 54 to 61 very often

I know that mods here are volunteers, and they don't get anything extra, and that you are trying to help.

Just wish there was a way for mods to contact devs ASAP and get an official statement put out there on the matter.

As far as I know, nothing officially has been said what caused the spamming of the virus mail, and the loss of inventory items.

No problem. I passed the word the best I could. I do know of one 24 hours shield, for sure, that dropped early, but I don’t know if he reported it.

That makes sense carley. That is why I felt I needed to clarify a bit. I was seeking some help in making it very clear that it was a bug, rather than continuing to submit the reports without evidence. This system requires it, so after last valiant, I set an alarm to remind everyone to pay close attention and screen shot their shield, so that we and they would have something to take to CS. As a mod, I won't know if something is being looked into unless they tell me, and I have not heard anything about the shields dropping, but I know that it has been a big problem for some players and was trying to help.

I got told mine ended 10 min before attacked by CS. Even though I used an 8 hr and I know when it would end and was back 30 min before it ended. But I got wiped. Easiest thing to know is 9/10 you won’t get any help from CS. So pretty much complaining about it here is pointless. The mods try their best to calm the masses but they have just as hard of a time contacting devs about issues. Only people the devs truest care about are the ones dropping mass amounts of cash. If you aren’t dropping over $1000 a month min on this game just play and deal with the bullshit. It won’t get fixed for you. I’m learned to just deal with it. The fact that they add a lv 40 hq with ungodly requirements to get to 36, and not even 12 hrs in 2 people are lv 39, shows they value the ones that drop money like water. Sorry about the rant. Needed to get that out

One thing our alliance has noticed if you are t10 sending full riders and someone sends 1 t8 rider it will drop your % slightly. If they send anything but riders it’s usually the higher %. If that makes sense

Try the same lair with the same main troops but have lower level troops send anything not the main type. And then run another with one person sending lower lv of the same type as main.

You definitely get a different Percentage. Usually only 1 or 2 difference but if your at 50% normally and someone hits ya with lower same type it will hurt in percentage and injured troops

so one thing we noticed:

for no appearant reason some folks have different information according to their rally size in total etc. we tested it with multiple accounts, and in this specific case there is a non appearant difference of 123 k troops. with a different account on the same device the issue does not appear. the person already tried to hit "fix game" during startup, still shows the difference of 123 k troops. in the past the person had the correct sizes shown (referring to commander > boost info > march boosts) the difference now to the past are some heroes and hq increased to lvl 35. when the person had hq 30 the troop sizes were correct.

is this a widespread issue, or is this rather an account related issue, which needs intervention from CS ?

UPDATE:
we found out the reason for that. the superweapon is not counted in this regard. so this is an issue that may need to be fixed.

There appears to a bug for the Alliance bulletins. While you can update it, and that works, it only works locally, inside the alliance.

Anyone looking at the alliance that isn't part of the alliance will not get updated info if that was changed.

No bug. They are two different messages. One is alliance bulletin (internal), the other is alliance open info (external). It’s intended that you can have different information on them.

Under Alliance->Operations you can change either of them separately.

It is a cluster-f***. The devs should pull the event and apologize.

Not true. We clear out troops entirely from sanctuaries to transfer SWPs, meaning zero casualties. Still works. I’ve gotten both of mine this way, from just hitting the sanctuary after they have stationed all their troops in camps outside. I also transferred one to someone else this way.

I transferred mine by having camps with 1 t1 rider killed. one was lost on the third camp, the other 14th - so after 11 more, and that was a very high one, it's usually in the 5-6 range

If I’m ever lucky enough to hold an SWP, I’ll empty the sanctuary of all but the t1s, disable my commander and wall, and leave the t1s to protect and get killed when it is time to let it go. Or just not bother with the t1s at all.

That's what we're discussing though, generally people with a SWP have too many troops to send them all away safely. even if you had 500k march size, that's only 2.5m troops you can get rid of. that leaves like 5m more t11 😛

The 777 event does not reset if you get a 777 unless you fill the bar to 100%. It just means you have a chance to get 777 more than once befor the gauranteed 777 you get when the bar fills to 100%

I genuinely do not know why you’re arguing with me 😂 all I was doing was making a specific point that casualties are not needed and in early states it is possible to be completely empty of troops. Nothing I said was inaccurate. My R4 at HQ 26 cleared his camp in two marches. This isn’t our first state, either, so he has a decent amount of troops for the age of the state. We also transferred weapons in an older state and he was still able to clear his troops out in 5 marches. Idk what the issue is. Just talking from my experiences.

Anyone else getting the run around from CS about getting your proper rewards for Strike First? There is a glitch in Alliances where if you have new comers from other alliances who have received something from the Treasury there. They can't receive at the new alliance. Even though you may remove the notification it still reappears.

There is also a glitch in the requests page where a notification will show '1' '2' etc in the main page but there are no requests when you enter the alliance info

Hello, yesterday an incident happened in state 309 where I accidnelty accursed a super weapon. Since then I have been plagued with issues. Unable to direct locate when I want to. Unable to bubble. Today when I tried to give it back I was healing troops or so I thought. Appernlty they didn't heal. They went somewhere called deep infamy and forced me to pay diamonds to heal them. I burned thru over 25k in diamonds to save my troops over nothing but a buggy shiny stupid toy.

Hey SobeRyder - which superweapon did you acquire? they all come with different benefits. Deep healing is activated when your troops are wounded and your HQ infirmary/ infirmaries are full and also your alliance infirmary is full… any wounded past that capacity goes to deep healing where you can use diamonds or nanopotions (nano potions you get over time and via your daily quests) it’s a good feature cause without deep healing your troops would be dead and you can’t revive them.

Opelika the issue is I was healing as we were trading tile hits so he could get his super weapon back. It didn't work for whatever reason. And they died.

The player that I took the super weapon from and I had ported to a few rss tiles so he could try and get it back. I between hits I was healing troops. But apperntly it didn't work at all because I actually lost them and started getting notifications that the infarmy was full. We stopped. I tried to direct relocate back to my base and it wouldn't let me. I force closed the game several times and hit fix game and thats when my troops I was healing showed up in deep infarmy. And my allaince infarmy. Do you understand now? I was healing between hits. We mutually agreed to it.

Is it this superweapon you have? you can only teleport once for free while this weapon is equipped every 48hrs; it’s not unlimited. An alternative is to move your troops out of your HQ and camp them so that you don’t lose them when getting hit for that superweapon. Hope that helps.

In total I’ve run and joined 8 lairs and got 15 gears.

Mathematically speaking four lairs in a row aren’t enough to prove anything about drop rates though. I could also provide logs of five lairs in a row that did drop them. But also four in a row that don’t.

As you are aware old lair reports get deleted so something as been altered since the update.
Just like they changed the amount of boxes you received in Trials of Survival.

We are volunteer Moderators of this discord, but more so we are also players of this game. We aren’t the developers of the game. If there are issues we would want them to be fixed the same as you, but to do that we need proof. I‘d be very happy if we had that and could send it in to get it fixed. But I‘m also working with statistics every other day in my actual job. Which is why I’m saying we‘d need more data to make a case here. We had that with the promoter boxes quite easily because we had screenshots of before and after. It’s a bit harder for drop rates though, as they are based on probability and that can only really be tested with higher amount of test runs.

I cannot provide proof of before and after as posts auto delete as you will know and players delete old posts of lair to keep there mail boxes tidy.
I have other players wondering why there promoters are taking longer to go up even though they are jumping in lairs, run lairs etc compared to before.
Something as definitely changed and I know Devs do this constantly as they are trying to find ways to make more money. One of the reasons I’ve stopped spending and if it continues there will start to lose a lot of there players and fan base.
No reason to be greedy.

I saw that bug and reported it. The usually helpful CS said to do the "fix game" thing. Like you, my issue was with gas - even though you appear to have enough, the game really thinks you are short. Either reduce the number you're trying to train or open another can of gas.

For the second time tonight, my Nukaland signup disappeared. I signed up during the first hour or two signups were open and confirmed it was set only to come back this evening and find it telling me I am not signed up.

Yes that is a weird bug that happens with training sometimes. I have also gotten around it by leaving the training camp and going back in.

On another note, it appears that you may have something else interesting in your sanctuary. Click on that floating orange orb at the top of your page to find what you’re missing.

I started a farm account in 328 because one of my players was having an issue bringing theirs over my hq lvl is 5 so i should be able to use the starter relocate to bring it to my main state of 132. But when i try to migrate it gives me that message for every state i try to migrate to not just 132. Is there a wait time befor migrating to another state when starting a new account?

Yes, you need to be a lvl 15 hq. If you created with same email as your main.

It may be because you're got Nuka going on right now and as long as that's going on you can't jump States

Troop load has nothing to do with it, it’s 30% loss either way.

1. it impacts resources u can carry per attack
2. their is a Tax per attack

Increasing troop load will allow the player to carry more per attack, reducing the overall loss of resources

yes - second time. I reported the first one, and CS asked for a copy of the mail message I should have received confirming my successful signup. We all know that there's no such thing. They decided that I either don't know how to sign up, or I was lying. Since then, I've been careful to go back in and verify that the signup was listed, so I am 100% certain that it was there this time.

These are recent screenshots of a few lairs I've run using the same saved troop with the same heroes, same weapons same gear with I believe it was 10 minutes in between them. My rider attack stat dropped from 1836 to 1811 when you can see from my screenshot of the boosts applicable to my saved troop from the hall of war that my stat should be 1836. I am upset about this and logged a ticket with cs so that they could get it fixed from happening widespread. Cs however is trying to argue with me that my teammates troops will negatively affect MY stats. MY stats that are based on MY gear, MY chips, MY modules, MY cubes, MY nanoweapons, MY glory, MY nova and MY heroes. So now I'm less pissed about the original issue than I am of having cs argue with me about something they are incredibly wrong about. I wasn't asking for compensation, I was trying to alert them of a bug. FIX YOUR CS

He checked what was needed to upgrade to HQ36- and even though the nanotubes don’t show in his bag anywhere - it does show the amount of nanotubes he’s accrued when trying to upgrade. No ma'am, im in s24. I was the first in our alliance RBZ to notice the new rewards for ace this time around, in the event description and reward schedule. I thought it was super cool, because right now in our state most hq35 are either quitting the game or refusing to upgrade. Most have already spent 70k+ on their accounts and simply consider the hq40 a completely greedy money grab. We are loosing players left and right, because now most have no hope to realistically catch up to the big players without spending a fortune. It gave me hope to see those rewards, because i too am one of middle spending bracket players, i have spent alot in this game for almost a year, so it felt like a nice gesture from the dev team.

Aaah thank you for the clarification - from what we tested; if you had the nanotubes listed as part of your ace reward; and it showed in your notification that you should’ve received it; then It looks to be added to your account, just not showing in your bag. One of the players in my alliance did a mock upgrade to HQ36 and even though we couldn’t find the nanotubes listed; it did show in the upgrade rss requirement list as him having xyz amount of nanotubes.

RamsayB yes, we have lostnour hub and almost every single Rez War since the nanoweapon update. There is no consideration into how much it changea the statistics in the matching algorithm.

I hear this is a common problem with all the older states, like from s90 down.

I personally have crafted over 500 nanos, and gotten not a single Apex weapon. In fact, only 2 epics. The ratio of common scanners to any other weapon at all is 9:1

No, they aren't showing up in your bag at the moment but, as @rustic moon said, they do appear when you need them. We have passed on their absence from bags so hopefully that will be fixed soon. In the meantime, anyone who was supposed to receive Carbon Nanotubes as a reward for Ace last week has an easy way to tell if they received them because they are available as rewards for placing in New Development today, and likely any of this week's events which reward with Epic Hero Choice Card II. All they need to do to set their mind at ease is to tap the Nanotubes in the Player Rank rewards listing. A small box will pop up with the description and will show how many you currently own. This is helpful for those of us who can access those post-35 upgrades. ;-)

My alliance in 306 experienced a bug tonight. During DoA several of us would march to a zombie and it wouldn't attack. It would turn around like it was an empty tile. We each tried closing the app completely and restarting. That would fix the issue for 2-3 attacks then it started glitches again. I put in a request with CS in app. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a better way to address this in the middle of an event?

It’s because they aren’t actual cans that go to your bag. They go directly to your current stamina, so don’t claim them until you are gonna use them!

Also, I had the opposite problem last night. I can’t remember why I touched that spot, it it didn’t show a tile there, yet when I did touch it, it showed a player was actually gathering. 🤷‍♀️ I haven’t reported it yet because it was the first time, and I’m hoping it was just a one off situation.

I have an iPhone and was experiencing minor difficulties with freezing last night while my state was going through the issues with tiles. I went to a few tiles but mainly I was trying not to gather in case of an accident. That is a strange occurance you experienced.

So this game boots me like every 5 minutes constantly & has ever since I started playing a couple months ago. It is so annoying & frustrating especially when you’re in the middle of something, during battles, res war, etc. trying to reach cs seems to be a joke as it never loads on my phone. Hey there - So if I were to assume that you have already done the following, I would be correct, right?

• Force close game and reopen it
• Tap on Fix Game in the upper right of the game loading page
• Restart phone
• Uninstall/Reinstall game

What are you playing on? I had that issue with my old phone, and no matter how many times I restarted it, it would still crash every time I tried to do anything other than chat! Turning my phone off and on again didn’t help either. I had an iPhone 6, and it just didn’t have the guts to play the game. I had to upgrade to iPhone 11, and lag still happens, even on mobile data! Hey admins. I had an error within the gear event on Wednesday. I recycled some of my gear promoters and promoters II to get improving material. The event page did not exclude this way to earn points. But i got no points. Now the promoters are gone, i missed full points in the event and the support would not like to help me. If this was is excluded it should be in the description.

Good morning today I have play range 777 to get the 100% I had some chances in event 2 x I got 777 first draw and 3 times in the next 9 (I was doing by 10) yet the game only counted me 2 times is that normal?

Right now I’m on iPad 6th generation, or iPhone 11. The iPad is getting to the point where it’s not strong enough. I get more lag on it than I do on my phone, and it crashes quite a bit, although I had lag on my mobile data last night for the first time in a while. The game hasn’t crashed on my phone yet though.

You mean since the last reservoir war? Yes, if you have not bought any this cycle and you are hq 35 and it says that you have purchased all 100 that you can purchase, then it is a bug.

Some games have done just the opposite - the big spenders are spending, so no need to discount them to get clicks. The non-spenders or low spenders that hesitate could be lured into buying by a discount, so they get one. Getting 90% from you is better than getting nothing, especially when you consider that what you're buying costs them nothing. It's all profit. They could be taking either strategy.

@rocky carbon j'ai utiliser pour le total de 50 jetons utiliser par 10 pour atteindre le 100% ce qui fut d'ailleurs atteint mais le souci est que malgré le fait que lorsque j'ai utiliser par 10 et ou j'ai vu des 777 apparaître seul le premier fut prise en compte par deux fois j'ai eu un 777 en premier tirage et 3 fois dans les 9 tirages suivants pourtant 2 fut prise en compte

I’m not sure if it applies to you, but the 777 you are shown in the slot machine when spinning 10 times is already one of the 10 you get shown as list afterwards. please open a Ticket with customer service either way, as they are better equipped to help you here than we are (sadly).

Je ne suppose pas que vous ayez des captures d'écran de ces victoires ? Je ne suis pas sûr qu'il s'applique à vous, mais le 777 que vous êtes montré dans la machine à fente lorsque vous tournez 10 fois est déjà l'un des 10 que vous obtenez montré comme liste après. Veuillez ouvrir un billet avec le service de client de toute façon, car ils sont mieux équipés pour vous aider ici que nous (malheureusement).

Do all your battlelogs look like that or was that a singular instance? Because I totally understand that it‘s impossible to attack with zero troops.

There were several like that. But not all which was the odd part.

maybe if they attacked with one troop and you had none at home but they were killed by your traps? I haven't seen traps "work" in any meaningful way, so I don't even know if they kill troops. In which case, the troops slain by traps might not be getting counted?
