It is considered a buff, your heroes get the same buff from Ulrik. It helps your heroes to survive longer individually (but also helps killing unreachable heroes on the opponents side...)

When healing troops, the slider changes automatically while trying to select troops. I end up healing the wrong troops or more than I planned on.

You are thinking of the wrong kind of tax. The tax is based on the amount you send, not the amount that arrives... 1609195 * 0.87 = 1400000

You are talking about income tax. This is no income though, it‘s transportation. Read up on taxation of custom duties for example. They are calculated on what you send and then subtracted.

If it helps using your example the amount you paid was 1,609,195. The government took 13% of that in tax which is 209, 195 so the amount paid to the player after taxes is 1,400,000. The taxes are taken out of the complete amount and the max you can send is after taxes not before. That's all @rocky carbon was trying to show you, the math is good 👍

Can you please fix the server problems. For quite some time the map doesnt show all objects or show it wrong way like you will see in the attached Picture. Simply put, the tax is deducted from the number in the slider (you were trying to explain that). If they typed 1,400,000 in the transport slider manually, the tax changes to what they were looking for and the transport amount would be less, of course, as properly deducted.

I had bought the 3 x $50 spring outing and training speedups through the $100 packs. That was last might. Went to buy more training speedups and it like like the screenshot posted. I was able to purchase the top spring outing $5, $10, $20 since the issue because that's the only thing showing, but now that those are purchased nothing else is showing available. I haven't used the multipler yet. That's what I was coming to do. Luckily I didn't claim the reward in spring outing yet, so my 24 hour countdown hasn't started.

Your spring outing III purchase is accurate. You're buying the column which you earn the rewards through opening the levels, so it's not going to show in the transaction screen. If the column is still showing as locked then that's an issue. The spring outing III is a $20 pack. So that's not the $100 pack you're showing with an issue.

Fix freaking issue with 3-4 starts heroes on arena that were upgraded to 3-4 pluses. 5 start heroes +1/+2 BARELY can do ANYTHING to them.

They tried to dumb talk me the first two weeks. So I did all the trouble shooting for them and broke every detail down, pictures with a video, numbers and cost of money and time it took me. I sent them undeniable proof I was not trying to pull one over on them. If the troop records are normal explain to me where the troops went. Everything was time stamped and dated in screen shots of battle records. I mean what else do you need I even have a video of when it happen.. record everything!

You paid it for a permanent name plate, not the frame. If you go to the world map, click change sanctuary skin, you can use your permanent name plate. The frames and nameplates are two different things

The win in the replay and the report refer to different things. You „won“ in the replay because you got less casualties than they did. But you lost the lair because you didn’t kill more than half of the zombies. And regarding the „not changing anything“ I often heard that and then there still is something different in both lairs to explain it. If you want you can DM me the screenshots of both lairs (with detail page) and I‘ll take a look.

Nvm, that was a response to someone else. For shooter lairs you get best results with only shooters joining. A fighter might drag you down if you’re close to 50%, but benefit you if you‘re higher. Yes, lairs are weird

hi can you please make your interface work on the iphone? its the most popular device in the world. when i tap on a large yellow button i want it to register my tap the 1st time. You should investigate some kind of UI kit that helps the UI engineer and designer to create accurate tap zones that are scaled to the device size, so they are large enough for a human finger. You also may be trying to validate each tap every frame and that is not working because it creates a lot of interface lag. Look at limiting the calls to the backend for each tap and validate it less frequently. There's a lot of techniques for UI design and you would be awesome if you made it feel smoother to tap and interact with the many buttons (especially the super small ones that are smaller than a human fingertip).

I joined a Special Operations fight with 0:30 remaining before reset.
The timer ended before I got much done.
When the server reset, it continued to give me a pop-up telling me "ongoing battle detected" and neither option did anything, and I could not remove the popup to exit the match.

Alliance Trial. Why does it require me to get 6 million to reach phase 20 when all the other's in the Alliance who talk informed me there's is 3m. 3m is already a giant pain to get if the gem matching hates you. 6m is nigh on impossible unless your rocking some +8 350's and a dose of luck.

Day 1 I got 1.3m...Last Alliance trial I got 3.4 and made Phase 12. But when I talked about them raising it to 6m everyone else was like mines still 3m

It’s because glory goes off of hero survival. You must first be in the top 500 in hero survival to be able to (the next week) compete in hero glory.

My personal is 6mil. I made 10.9mil for event. Need to use your alliance assist heroes to help. I find it's better to use heroes of opposite color when hitting. As in boss is green I use ulrik(def break) and 4 red heroes. Had that last week got 18mil in event.

That doesn't always work as your at the mercy of the match 3 game. Last Trial event I tried that... Basically if you put in 4 red hero's get no red gems no points...I always use the best hero's I can hire...Today first attempt I got 160k second 1m third 266k and only made 3.5m for this event...And as I asked why is mine 6m and the other Alliance members that answered 3m for phase 20. It's the same in Arena/UC/Campaign/Spec ops...The RNG in match 3 doesn't like you then you do crappy. I still think it's idiotic that defense builds Rage when hit with gems and at end of turn while on offense you only gain from gems...My hero's get attacked and don't gain rage... That's stupid...I lost twice in Arena today to teams similar to mine in composition but lower level because the gems wouldn't build my rage. The defense team built rage 2-3 times and wtf owned me before I had even 1 character build rage.

I‘m sure you would hate it for your defense team to only gain rage by tiles. Because then the attacker can basically choose which color not to combine to make your best hero(es) useless…

Actually I simply think both sides should gain rage at the ends of the round. They gain rage when hit and at end of the round. I only gain rage when Tiles hit. So if for 4-5 rounds the tile match game gives me only 3 tile match I'm screwed unless the opponent is way under me..Even if I get a huge combo that fills my rage up it also fills up the opponents and they then use their rage first which if your fighting a team near your strength will crush you unless you get lucky and block or Dodge. Is 37 games going to change it.....nope. But I can be annoyed and vent about a stupid system all I want LoL It's just frustrating that you put all the time and effort into these hero's and your completely at the mercy of a RNG.

I have found a bug in regular event Joy 777.
I clicked to trigger the 1x spin then I clicked the stop twice instantly (like a shaking finger).
I experienced that while the carousels were starting spinning, then by the double tap of the stop button the carousels stopped all together and instantly and no rewards is given
