Can you explain to me why my troop formation is higher than actual battle stats. Before they used to match and now they are way off.

The sanctuary boost details do not include boosts from the heroes that you bring along to the battle. Makes sense because it cannot possibly know which 5 you will bring.

Ah ok. That does look strange then. Shooter and rider stats match correctly. I'm guessing the extra 5% troop attack might be war frenzy? But then your fighter stats are all lower than expected. Cannot explain that unless, like you said, the actual heroes changed. You should be able to verify that from the report though.

Can’t answer all of your question but the 2 it shows as owned are the ones that are already equipped. i.e. if your promote another to 4* it will show 1 x 3* owned. Did you use some of the ones you purchased to enhance before equipping?

Looks like you have just enough food in the second pic, so it could be that your troops are just a bit of and got you below the amount needed before you tapped Train. As for the vehicles: did a training cost boost run out during the first pic?

I just wanted to let everyone know there is a problem with meyers I would strongly recommend not spending any time or money on leveling him until the problem is fixed I have undeniable proof I will post and all they can tell me is to make sure my troop types matches the hero type when that's what I am telling them the problem I ran both these lairs back to back same lair you can see by the time stamp and the coords you will see I had the same alliance member and they sent the same troop everything is the same except for meyers and requiem you can do what you want with this info I am just very upset I spent $ on leveling a broken character they seem to have no intention of fixing

One thing people don’t realize is that unlike with gathering marches, your battle marches do not snapshot

They are calculated based on your live spec at the moment of impact

There is sometimes a display error. When you look at yours or another players cubes or chips and then switch to another player it shows the wrong cubes. I clicked on that player and it shows they don’t have cubes unlocked

My game stats decreased after I raised my building glory level. I know this for a fact because I took a picture of my rider troop boost and stats yesterday to compare with and help others in my alliance discord chanel. Today I decided to buy glory points and raise my wall building glory to help those stats out and after I did that my rider troop defense boost stats decreased instead of increased.

Im wearing the same skin I was yesterday when I took the picture and ran the numbers to see if a troop stat booster item could have been the culprit and the numbers don't add up. This needs to be fixed immediately!

I stayed within my state to harvest gems rather than jump states this time. So I am still trying to figure out the reasoning behind this. It would be one thing if it was only my account that was affected but it seems there are many that have lost messages.

I think there is a bug with Ace Commander. I'm at below 1% for gathering phase but yet above 5% for overall. Can anyone explain to me how that is when we've only had gathering?

Because you need more points to get into the global rankings. All the people with 100k-500k points are only considered for the phase ranking but not the global ranking. Fewer people below you in the ranking but the same amount above you means you are at a lower percentile.

CS doesn't care. Fyi dont request a refund even if you did not receive the product. They will ban your account and then add up everything you've ever spent and say you must pay that amount to get your account back. Even if refund was never received and you show them proof by bank statements showing it was never received.

Say you spent 1500$ total on game and request a refund of 50$ they will tell you to pay 1500$

Over the past few weeks the system has told me I do not have enough rss to train even though I have millions of each in my bags. 20-30 minutes later, it lets me train.

You probably have a lot of troops that are eating your food fast. When you start you have enough for 1305 troops, but by the time you hit that train button, you only have enough for 1259 troops. It auto-trains to your max capacity based on available rss supply outside of your bag.

To avoid this, train with ample food outside of bag.

Is something wrong with the time matching events? Anyone else having this issue? I uninstalled and reinstalled twice today to try and see if that helps (also with map issues showing SWP weapons in the wrong positions)
I signed up for Nuka for 2/28 19:00-20:00 and it's currently 19:50 in game and nine hasn't started yet. It says in 4hrs. That's not the time i signed up for then. Or am I not understanding the time in here? This also happened with Reservori War, we signed up for a Pacific time, but it started 2hrs after the time we wanted. I use Noct for my 3 stars fighter, my troops are full of fighters no other type than fighter.

How come noct’s tactical skill is not activated, and in the replay of the battle, there are motorcycles and vehicles?

1. they motorcycles and vehicles are either from the opponent or the ones joining your rally (provided it’s a lair).
2. there’s a optical glitch with the tactical skills in the replay where if you have someone without an applicable tactical skill in the rally they still show as activating it while another member that has one doesn’t show so.

It isn't a bug. That happened because only 4 heroes of the same type can use the tactical bonus. That mean you can replace one of your fighter heroes , if there is another that gives better stats that those you have.

Just in case you did not get that answer.
You get an extra queue at VIP8, and then you get no more free queues via VIP.
If you notise that the number +1 never change after VIP8, that's the indication that you dont get another.
For more queues you need to research it in the research center, you can find it under Military: March Queue 1,2,3.

I'm not getting the Eva rewards for Army Expansion. Phase 7 for example has 20,000 Eva Ecn. and 20,000 EVA mil., I didn't get those. Previous phases too. I wanted to push up the EVA event points so I rushed troop production but didn't get the event rewards.

There is a bug in glory arena. It happens to another player of my team too. I've lost the duel but the 3 battles wasn't completed. I've lost first battle, won the second, then games was stuck and entire duel ends as a defeat! But it doesn't count! I understand the concept of recalling so I think it should be updated as "all troops not rallying" to avoid the surprise of seeing gathering troops coming back.

I just told you I didn't install the update from Google and still it crashed. You can't uninstall Web view. It's a mandatory app. You can uninstall all previous updates and then it does work. But it's not the latest Web view update.

I auto install all updates to make sure no funny stuff get's autoinstalled in updates, so I know that it wasn't the last one of Google causing this bug

This game crashes constantly, I’m using an iPhone 6s, it seems to happen under the following conditions;
1 - New tech donation attempt become available
2 - Starting arena hero challenge for the first time / same with spec ops (basically any match 3)
3 - During WW and VC where there are crossed servers, this also causes excessive lag

The probability of that (10 of 11) happening is around 1%. So it happens to 1 in 100 players. There are over ten thousand accounts. Assuming everyone makes about 5 weapons per day would make over 100 players having what you just got. That’s how probability works. Sometimes you get unlucky

I pulled 5 radars back to back... I work with random generators all the time and the probability of pulling 5 back to back is a waste and bug in the generator... otherwise... I want this randomized for pulling the lotto tickets.

If you actually work with them and know stochastics then you should know that this HAS to happen for a true RNG. Else it wouldn’t be random. And if you’re deciding if it’s a bug or not on one sample I really hope you don’t work with RNG for a living.

The Bug is in your system - it cause continously Bad Luck
in every Event.
You get only the lowest value cards, No exception.
And yes Nano weapons even so, have already 5 radars.

With a sample size of over 100 people, a guy in my state found that those who spend >$20 per month have distinctly better results than those who spend less or not at all in free “random” results across the board (i.e. Noah’s). So let’s use your logic.... there are 12 weapon types... forget the level, that is not in dispute to the grade of the weapon which percentages are posted.
Now multiply the number people have duplicated the same Radar which is one of 12 types, and not 1 or 2 duplicates, but 47 out of 50 draws... sounds pretty convincing it is a bug in the logic....

Is the Hero challenge bugged??? I watched the battle and I did pretty good used Scarlett, Obsidian, Ironclaw, Ephraim, Marlowe. all are 211-310 with weapons. I filled all 5 rage bars 2-3 times. I watched my 6* Obsidian filled rage 3 times and do only 6000 damage which I thought was lol but I was like whatever. Then after getting wiped on the end screed it said I only did 3436 damage total. Ephraim did more than that with hit special much less Obodians around 19000. Everyone else in my alliance is reporting similar results.

No problem. Break Loose events are only 8 hours long. Each phase of Ace Commander is 24hrs long, except for the final phase is 48hr

Having the same issue as Sindar with Hero Showdown. First run this morning was normal, later on I did loads of damage but only scored below 5k. One run had at least 4 hits over 1k and scored about 3k.

Utilisons donc votre logique.... il y a 12 types d'armes... oublions le niveau, qui n'est pas en différence avec la note de l'arme qui pourcentagent sont affichés.
Maintenant, multiplier les gens du numéro ont doublé le même radar qui est l'un des 12 types, et pas 1 ou 2 duplicates, mais 47 dessins sur 50 tirages... ça a l'air plutôt convaincant, c'est un insecte dans la logique.....

I really hope the payout from those bugs will be worth it! AGAIN during an ACE event!
The Match 3 games are messed up with tiles over each other. You will be thrown out several times during the game! Connection problems despite sitting right next to the router. I would advise you to finally fix these problems. Because that's exactly how you lose paying customers. It wouldn't be the first game to become unplayable because of such problems.

The nano weapons are not working properly

Let me demonstrate with screenshots

First, I will show a rally that is a traditional setup for shooters, Ephraim Phoenix Requiem Hartwell and Griffen.

Here are the percentages for that attempt:

Ok, so now I have a red star Meyers with a rare nano weapon. That makes him +80% to everything, meaning he should be stronger than Griffin.

Griffin does +50 to attack and def. So, we would expect to see troop atk/def/hp go up by 80% and shooter atk/def to go down by 50.

Here is the result

Instead of +80% I am only getting the standard +40%. Therefore the nano weapon simply isn’t working.

So if Meyers had the weapon equipped for the first rally, You already have the 80% troop boost applied

I would like to report what I think is a bug in Nukaland. This morning while in Nukaland shields did not drop like they normally do. I have attached a screen shot. They did not drop until the last 8 minutes of the event. I do not know if this was a new feature or a bug, but I wanted to make you aware of it. I also have a suggestion. It is really hard being a new Hq30 going up against a level Hq32 or higher. I think it would be more beneficial to all players if this event Hq categories were broke down further as you get higher. Anything above level 28 should be placed with their own Hq rank only. Battles would be more interesting and the higher levels would stop leveling players that are several levels below them. It would even the playing field a bit. Thank you for your time.

It’s a feature, not a bug. The shield only drops of you engage in military actions, and sending to gather in empty mines Isn’t a military action.

i Think Redwing 782 have a point and i think a lot of people think that same way . The best way will be for event split the HQ for example from 20-23 24-26 and 26 -29 ext ext . nobody from that levels of HQ do not stand a chance with T10 from HQ 30 to be honest . 🙂

Has anyone ran into a problem with their troops just disappearing into thin air? I had almost 2 full marches of T10 riders I was hitting my second account for resources and also training more troops for ace event at the same time and they all disappeared and only 30,000 T10 riders remain if I check all my reports i did not lose a single one they just disappeared. I even ran a lair right before farming my second account. Nothing in The infirmary or in my hospital beds..
All reports show the same on my farm account with no loss..

I have put in a ticket with screen shots. Just curious if anyone has had this happen to them and how do I get my 450,000k T10 riders back!!

@lone anvil is there a reason why, as the militarist, I am capable of kicking people from rallies, changing leaders that hold the hub/turret/alliance fort, but I am not allowed to kick members that are reinforcing the Hub or a Turret? We had multiple instances this weekend during Wasteland King where we needed to kick people’s reinforcements out but were unable to.
