My girlfriend logged into my account from her android phone without any issue.
That's why I say the problem is with the memory management and my Android.

What is up with Arena? How can a character with 400,000 strength only be offered opponents in the several million strength? What happened to the algorithm that offered opponents in the same strength group?
Once your state is a few months old that no longer happens.
I have an hq18, 3 years old, and it faces 19 mil might on the daily.
Your options are to grow stronger slowly like a lot us have and deal with the inequality in arena, pay and grow stronger quickly, don't do arena, or quit.
The sad reality of PnS is that it is a pay to win game. Many of us have made a go of it with spending little to no money. We grow slowly but steadily. We hoard, we grind, we complain, we try to help others, but, in the end, we are player like everyone else in this server. We have 0% say in what the devs do in game.
You want to make a change, you make friends with the big spenders, hitch your horse to their wagon, and talk to them about how they can help all us of make a better, more fair game for everyone.
Way to fix the bug
If I change the bookmark label of an existing bookmark while editing, Likes to Friends for example, state coords. changes to my state

The whole screen is freezing, then coming up like it's unfrozen. One of my shots or rages are touching Fox even though she's the only one left on the screen.

This should not come as a surprise, but they introduced organ modifiers that you can get by buying packs or from the res wars shop.

Issues with rice in arena.
Tried resetting phone, fixing game, and different device. 2 different accounts.
Issues with rice in campaign. I was blitzing a level and the game lagged during it, resulting in zero rice seeds.

That’s the point. I bought them, it used the claws and it didn’t give them to me, hence why I reported it as a bug
The average player isn’t screen recording every time they play the game to catch the things as they happen.
You will need to submit a ticket to CS and see if they'll reimburse your claws or the seeds.
They'll most likely need proof that you had the 200 claws to make the purchase (battle reports and/or transactions) to expedite the issue and resolution.
Otherwise it'll be mistaken that you just didn't buy the seeds.
I am not sure if this is a bug, but it is rather strange so I will put it in here.
When doing my daily quests, on my accounts I noticed that my bigger accounts (HQ40 and HQ33) did not have the "Use Resource" daily quest. My smaller (HQ29 & HQ30) both have the "Use Resoruce" daily quest.
When I went to claim the quests, All 4 still had gathering and the 33 & 40 still had Sim Training to do. The smaller accounts reached 150 points, but the 33 & 40 only reached 145 because of the missing "Use Resource" daily quest. I asked in my alliance and found out I am not the only one that is missing this daily quest.
Why is it on my smaller and not on my bigger accounts??

In higher level accounts, use resource quest has been replaced with sim training x10. Not a bug

It's within 300 shovels after you unlock tier 4. So this means you unlocked tier 4 19 shovels ago at 366 shovels

Please help to solve my problem. It isn't the game bug but the problem in communication timeout with the Samsung Pay service. This error occurs definitelly in sertain day hours. I think it is concerned with overloading of Samsung Pay service and its timeout. But I can't solve this problem by myself. The problem begined several months ago but last time it occurs very frequently. Sometime the playing in PNS become impossible.

55% is specifically to you. So means it’s somehow your network. Try clearing the c ache on your phone. Log off WiFi, log back on. And or try a VPN

Hi everyone, May 1st is International Labor Day, and the developers will not be available.
During this period (1-5May), players can use this link if they encounter problems that cannot be solved.
So I sent a message to support already but i figured I would post here. I play on PC a few months back I started having this issue on my work PC and now it is effecting my home PC and 3 of my 5 accounts are no longer accessible.
When I goto switch accounts to a facebook bound account, the login window never pops up, it automatically logs me into the last account logged in. Not matter how many times I click switch account and try clicking facebook it just logs me back into the last account. Does anyone know a fix for this?
I use google chrome as my default browser and deleted cookies and cache for facebook already. I also verified there was no cookie or site data stored in Microsoft edge for facebook.com. I logged out of all accounts in google chrome and it still keeps auto logging me in.

Every Hanna frag is equivalent to 4 perfects each. You had 16 and wanted 4 frags so it used all 16

I just had a SIM training battle glitch out on me that Ive never had happen before. I made ONE move and all but Zephyr were killed. Sat there for a second wondering what had happened and then it said LOSE without making another move. Really strange.

Gathering rss not registering for daily mission upon return from gathering. I just finished collecting from a lvl6 steel mill tile (full) and once my troops returned back to my HQ there was no steel. None went into my opened rss nor completed the daily. I used Swift Gather and it worked for all the other rss tiles. This is like the 3rd or 4th time this has happened.
It's bad enough when you craft a nano weapons and you accept it but it doesn't register and doesn't appear in the crafted nano weapon inventory...
Both glitches doesn't happen all the time and does it to any type of rss tile and nano weapon crafted...
not sure if this has been reported but this has been a recurring bug for me. replying to pms from friends often displays the exact same time stamp on your reply as was on their previous message (there was a 17 minute gap between the bottom 2 messages)
this does not effect regular messages just via the friends interface
I have been unable to get into game for almost 2 weeks, the game will not load past the upgrading rss screen. I have hit the fix button and un-installed and reinstalled the game several times and still will not load.

Hello, I was creating a tab on my spreadsheet for nanoweapons. The percentage of getting a hero-exclusive weapon is 30%, so if all the percentages from the detail screen are totaled, they should sum to 30%, but instead they are totaling to 31.2%.
The last two heros added, Kajisha and Ray Ramos, added a total of 0.6 each, which would explain the overage. The percentages need to be re-balanced so they once again sum to 30%. 👌

I'm on a Samsung galaxy I find usually the issue is fixed by a simple restart making sure all cache is cleared checking phone storage and the VPN sonetimes overrides weird stuff and pushes it through.
R4, I have those issues with Clash of Clans, one trick I found was to temporarily turn off wifi and then load the game. Something glitchy with the finish of an update perhaps that for whatever reason won't complete via wifi. Has worked every time (knocks on wood)...
Been seeing a few glitches recently as others have said on daily quests not registering but also on lairs & more annoyingly lost 2 quests on showdown due to them not registering.

I've seen this too. It's a display issue only when you enter the message. When you leave the screen, the correct entry time is didplayed on the message summary, and when you go back the correct time the message was entered is displayed, too.
Dear devs, please fix this, if I login to a new device I always get the start a new account thing. Ideally this is fine for new players but I've been here for over 3 years now.... please add on the first screen, "start new" and "switch character" or something along these lines.

In level 17 of the Core Challenge in the Ruins, the opponent's Troop ATK seems absurdly high. It is at 950.06%, whereas the Troop DEF and Troop HP are at 152.01%, which seems like a more reasonable value for floor 17. Is this intended?
The Marlow challenge gives you a 12 hour timer. If you click on the information button it says 24 hours. Which I was banking on as that would put me after next reset
Zombie lair reports are not displaying all participants on the summary report. If you go into the "compare" report screen, all participants are listed.
After the last update in HOSPITAL the available rss are shown wrong (iOS). Thus the slider to heal troops is on 0 and needs to be set manually
It will always start at zero now. Part of the update. As well when you heal for showdown you don’t have to keep clearing and resetting the amount to heal. It sticks to the beginning amount

No, It started with 6k and I opened 6k boxes and it changed to 10k..
Then it never showed any more progress no matter how much I opened - which wasn't exactly 10k at a time so it shouldn't be showing 0

All I know is when I started the quest it had a 2 in the upper right hand corner of the quest marker, and it said gain 6k diamonds via packs. So I opened enough boxes to get 6k from my bag, and then it changed to 10k...
And I for sure am not spending money on this game. So I canceled the quest after posting and being called a liar.
Gained via packs can only be completed with purchasing packs from the mall with money
It probably should have said "purchase diamond packs" - - but in any case, it started with a goal of 6k diamonds, and i completed that via items in my bag. With no reason at that time to screenshot anything.

This is a new issue to me, is this already a known bug following the recent update?
Translator being wrong and messy isn't anything new. It's always been a bit off. Reason if I know the language I'll screenshot and put it through Google translate its sometimes makes way more sense.
Yeah it’s nothing new to me that it sucks, but I’ve never had it translate into the completely wrong language until the recent update - previously it was manageable🥲 just another thing I have to live with then?

I get that part. But both photos are of the last match. They are the blue team in the first screenshot, which is of Round 2. We are playing them in Round 3, where the second screenshot is coming from.

Dual app is where you can have multiple PNS apps installed on mobile. In case of you have 3 different email ID's with 3 different hq's you can use all of them in a single mobile. I have been using all 3 accounts past 2 years. Instead of switching every time to other account you can use all 3 accounts simultaneously

I encounter this bug whenever I start the game up in landscape mode and rotate my phone while it's starting. It then smushes everything to the top of the screen and I'm forced to restart 😑. Irritating. I know. It's been reported before and can add to my reports again.

Tapping buttons does nothing, I wasted relocates ending in same state. Only bookmarks work. While I was messing with it one of my accounts got burnt.

Valiant is taking place and my alliance (DAS) in state 417 we can’t move to other states to hunt or gather and several of our shields failed and we lost valuable resources and troops . This is a nightmare how will this be fixed My shield failed and I lost enough rss to build a lvl 32 wall and most of my troops and I can’t transfer to other states to collect rss or hunt please tell me how you are going to fix this glitch after the update
You need to have a look which states you have matched with, then go on map view and chose one of the states on the state list and post manually (instead of event window)
The issue with VC Relocates appears to be fixed with the recent small patch.
Restart the game and you should have no further issues.

This was an issue that affected multiple players in each and every 700+ states. It's inconceivable to me that the solution is to have a human manually extract relevant data from screenshots and compensate on a case-by-case basis. How would this not backlog the CS queue for weeks? Why not just query the backend database for all intrastate battles during this timeframe?
Remember mods are players too all they can do is report a problem and direct you on info to do.

Our members Shield dropping unexpectedly. And one good member has to quit the game when hes got 19hrs shield left and got attacked and lost too much RSS when he got on.
I press "End Challenge" in Sim tiles when I concede, but when I hit train again, it pops me back into the Sim tiles again that I just gave up on. I have to press quit in order to finally get out of it. This is an extra step.
Pressing "End Challenge" should be the quit option.
It's not a bug the confirm button to you want to end it is not on the normal side. I've hit cancel 8 times before I realized where the confirm button was lol
I was not personally affected by the bug that affected flight during the beginning of Valiant, but there are SO MANY who were... active, engaged, everyday players who may be driven from the game due to huge losses. I am posting here to ask PNS to consider how to remedy this situation in a fair way to all... QUICKLY, or they will be gone. Thanks for reading.

Anything that has to do with transactions is run only by CS, they answer best via email. And like that guys said, check your transaction history.

This valiant was a nightmare for me and for my people from my state because I use teleport to other state like usually but teleported in my state and I belive I was alredy in other state and I attacked some of my people. How is possible to recover my damage and also my friends from ?

Hey, those battle reports needs to get send to CS with explaining the situation, best would be those you attacked will reach out to CS.

The "Don't show again" checkbox on the popup asking us to sign up for the newsletter does not work. I have checked that box countless times, but the popup keeps coming back. I even signed up for the stupid newsletter that I don't actually want, not for the rewards, but to make the popup go away. That didn't work either. Still get the popup, despite being signed up for it already and despite indicating that I don't want to see that popup.
What do you do if PNS says no troops were lost when millions were actually lost?
Resubmit copies of the battlelogs showing attacks from in state players. Note that the issue was only the first 3 hours of VC.
I had an update notice that kicked me out of alliance trial. After some seconds. I could rejoin, but the fight was lost with only few points. Is there any way of getting compensation? I usually compete for first place to at least top10, so that is really an annoying issue for me.

55% indicates is an issue on your side. Clear you cache. Go airplane mode for 30 ish seconds and or use a VPN

Though 55% on pc might be different issue, still, try the same thing, try airplane mode first. If fail try restart your router and hopefully you have a dynamic ip plan which will usually reassign you a new ip. If it fail, try a free vpn, probably try different regions in the vpn if there's such a option.
Try the VPN. I had the same thing on my pc and it did the trick. 55% is the same phone or desktop

The tube game level 6 shows non revealed colours. If you reset level 6 it resets the whole board and puts new ? on all tubes below the top.

Try to clear cashe and reload game.
CS has been answering players and sending them resources. It is all very individual. So if the haven’t got back to you, please contact them again.
Worst support team. They suggesting to use emulator.
They know this issue is happening to everyone, but still acting like "i only had this issue so better try other option". They are not admitting their mistake or talking about when it going to reslove. 😤
When i try to install different location than default (appdat\roaming), it is working first time(but not fully functional) , when i close and reopen. It is failing to load, need to uninstall and install again. I did try more than 20 times access support page so that they may get application logs.

A slower way will be to contact CS and have them add a secondary bind, but that will likely take a couple days.

Over a year ago pns announced to not use twitter as a binder for this reason. Unfortunately they never removed it from the binds

CS for pns is also not 24/7 and don't typically work on weekends if you need to change binds

This is twice I’ve dealt with this problem before. It takes a long while to fix. I’ve tried several times to bind my X linked account to something else tons of times and it never works, I’ve unbound others to get bind X to and still can’t..
Unfortunately it's not something PnS can fix. Besides the fact of messaging them to get sonething else binded. They have acknowledged not to use Twitter but unfortunately haven't put update messages out to remind folks. They are also too lazy to remove it as a bind. Some have been able to get on.

Why can’t you enter a ticket? Don’t use the quick ticket, go to My Tickets (top right corner) and chose New Ticket

PnS doesn't have anything to do with Twitter working and not working. You shouldn't necessarily be using Twitter as a bind.

Was this ever answered by anyone? Is the resetting board a feature or bug? It's rather annoying if we have to keep track of the revealed colors manually.
I can answer that it showes login fail. I tried in panic mode to do a Gmail bind but it doesn't let me

I browsed through some older general messages and it appears that it's a feature. By getting a new board every time you play, it makes it a lot harder so forces players to use up their hoard of special moves and/or purchase new special moves.
I submitted a ticket almost 2 weeks ago and was wondering why there was no response. Now I did the same steps again and found the same messages the first time - first account not found even though everything is correct and the second time I tried to press it, "Too many submissions" briefly appeared on the display. ...I can't get any further either... 😰

not showing past match info in flag capture for any of the officers in my alliance
So, there is no fix for signing in via Twitter? When I hit the button to allow access to my account, instead of taking me into the game, it loads my Twitter feed.
I noticed on the color sort puzzle- "sorting reagent"; only the always available minigames section, starting at level 5 I noticed everytime I had to end challenge it would reset the pattern. At level 6 this means the tubes reset so only one color is visible at top of each tube. This is NOT the same as when the game is available as a feature activity--each time you get stuck the tubes refill exactly the same way and any uncovered colors are still visible. Is the difference intentional or a bug?
I've noticed that the raid stats from Atropos and her nanoweapon not applying during sanctuary battles during valiant conquest. Isn't raid defined as sanctuary battles?

Another bug is ultimate challenge heros say they are immune to toxin bomb (Lora and Jessie's ability) but actually toxin bomb does damage. The ability that does no damage is toxic bomb (agent x ability). So there's a typo typed toxin bomb when ment to type toxic bomb

No screen flashes(red) on WK while getting attack on turrets. Restarted game, still same. Same as well on my other phone. I don't care the flashes, even better without it but would be nice to see how many attacks incoming and locations of them

Does anyone know why I can’t switch my Facebook account on my PNS
I just came across an old issue. I don't know if it's a me problem or across the board. I clicked on what looked like an unoccupied tile: it was occupied. I found another and shielded just in case.
It is happening to others in s330 as well.
I haven't switched in awhile but when I did, I reset Chrome to remove the logged in account so I could enter new FB credentials. If you're iOS, I imagine you would have to reset Safari.

The delete and navigation buttons do not work for Sonic Decoy Reward mail notification. So far this is the only mail I encountered with this issue. I have seen it many times but today I had the patience to report it.
Please fix the 2-day building queue. It does not engage when I spend 250 diamonds. It takes multiple diamond attempts for it to work. Bring back the 30-day queue.

You need to end the season (week) not a single day for glory. And go into settings and change the punctuation. “Smart punctuation off”

There seems to be an issue with ruins treasury. The rewards won don’t seem to be going into my bag. Specifically Carbon Nanotubes. I have won several 30 and 100 piece boxes but they have not updated my overall total. ( I only noticed because I was planning what update I could do for ACE today and was short of carbon). Has anyone else noticed this?
The adv material choice box doesn't update ur nanotubes, you have to open the boxes.

Game Update from 7/16/24 did not work for my Amazon Kindle fire tablet. Can't access game. Game says newer version detected. To go to appstore for update. There are no updates in Kindle appstore.Am livid. HAVE 6 ACCTS and can't access them. Your pop up tried to send me to Google appstore when I hit confirm. You can't use Google appstore for anything Amazon. I'm not going to jailbreak my tablet for an update. Fix it asap.

So when you see the building require 20mins to build on the upgrade button, after pressing upgrade, 16mins appear as the free speedup is automatically deducted. Prior to update, this free speedup will require 16mins to elapse before you press the free speedup.

That would be something CS has to help with. FB messenger does go direct to CS too. They will likely need info about your kindle operating system, model, the PNS software number (at the start of loading) and possibly other information too.
I'm using game on Bluestacks & my game would not load..... tried to clear cache... it did not help matters.... uninstalled bluestacks X & reinstalled it. I thought I had my game binded with my google account.... but apparently I didn't. Is there anyway I can get my account back? I remember my username in the serve, I remember my alliance that I was in & can get at least 1 or 2 peope to vouch for me.... however I don't know how to get my account back so that I can rejoin my alliance on my server I was on.....

Mystery Shop shows last tab looked at, or nothing at all if you go in from restart.
Fixed this by quitting the game and leaving it for a few minutes as a simple close and restart after 10 seconds wasn’t long enough
They should be 100,000 following the patterns. Also this isn't just a typo, you will only get 10,000 points for a five star curio, I have tested it.

CS is a joke. I waited 24hrs.for their response about update not working for Amazon Fire tablets. Got a one line response" You can download from our page". Didnt even provide page. Lol. That's ok. Got exact same response for ticket but at least that person provided web address. Both were given poor reviews. Downloaded apk and still get same error pop-up. Go through the code or something. Make an effort to find your issue.My accts are sitting wide open with valiant coming. Sent 2nd email and made 2nd ticket.
Are you installing from the Amazon App Store? I'm guessing PNS forgot to update the Kindle version as it probably doesn't get as much engagement (we stopped updating our Amazon app because we had a lot fewer users on that platform than on the Google Play Store). You may want to try installing the Play Store version of PNS instead.
As I said in previous posts here and in patch notes,You can't install anything from Google playstore on Amazon Fire tablets. There's a wall. The APK file on PNS website doesnt work either. I will be requesting a refund for the $29 box I purchased through Amazon. Bought it 3 hrs before update. Am not going to pay for something I can't access. I see now why this app has a 2* rating. I have 6 accounts amd a team of 50. Am on state council and admin for state discord. They should have informed people in advance they weren't updating app anymore. We could have prepared.Explains why Amazon app looks so cheap compared to screenshots from Google players. Amazon version 7.0.91 vs. Google version 7.0.154. Horrible customer service. Even if I buy another kind of tablet my accounts weren't bound because options were to attach to fb or Google.They apparently have no understanding that Google not an option. I do have my mvfn but don't know if it's even possible to move them to a new tablet.
I actually don't know if PNS is going to continue updating the app on the Amazon App Store or not. I was just saying that the Amazon version is an afterthought at many developers because it brings in a lot less revenue. I know that we dropped support for the Fire tablets because it wasn't worth the hassle. Anyway, google how to install the Play Store on Amazon tablets. I just dug up my old 2019 Fire HD10 and installed PNS from the Play Store. Runs OK albeit a bit slowly.
You must have jailbreaked your tablet. Because that's only way to download from Google playstore. I'm not voiding my warranty. This company should have let players know in advance. I am going to file complaint with Amazon. This company shouldn't be on their appstore anymore if they aren't doing updates and support for Amazon customers. Absolutely poor programming and customer service.
To install the Play Store, you just have to sideload a few APKs. No voiding of warranty needed.

After the startup tutorial, you can login to your bind (Google, Facebook, VK, Twitter) and your account should then be available.
My accts weren't bound.Never had to worry about that until out the blue they quit updating. I don't have accts with most of those apps. Have no clue what VK is. Have my mvfn# and email I used.
If my game is lost now because they chose not to update app with no notice. I've wasted over a year and money. Am beyond peeved at this point.

The app doesn't work on any Amazon products now. Neither does the apk option on PNS website. They should have notified players they were no longer updating and supporting Amazon. I would have prepared and created an acct to bind with. Or quit. I definitely wouldn't have bought $29.99 box 3hrs before update. You can get your accounts back. Just would have to contact cs. But you should have had them bound to something. That’s a golden rule.

Might be a long shot if you have your mvfn can't you do a recovery try and get it hooked to a bind CS might take a long time though. Make sure you have purchases for the game etc. But if you do a refund you'll lose the account fully.

You cannot change states during any Global Event. This includes Wasteland King, Valiant, Nuka Battles, Wasteland Conquest Battles.

Been noticing here lately. When collecting RSS within my base. The noise from 1 doesn't go away right away, or not at all. All the RSS together makes an awful noise. Usually goes away if I reset, or go to world. Though, I never had this issue before. So I'm wondering if it's a bug, or some kind of new lag issue?

I have an alliance member that could not move while being attacked during valiant. She did NOT have troops marching and direct relocated were not working. She lost millions in resources.

Having an issue logging into the PC version, it keeps saying "please download" every time I try and open it. Have redownloaded, have restarted my PC and neither worked.

Just did another one and no wounded ended up in the infirmary and a player who joined had none either, but it shows wounded in the lair report.

Not a bug. You only get so many extra quests you can buy.

You have reached your limit. If you click on PRO in the top left corner, you will see how many quests you can do for your level
Looks like your other quests were cancelled or failed and you unfortunately do not get those quests back.

Wrong talent?
When searching for rss tiles it occasionally auto brings me back to the sanctuary screen. Now during a round in Alliance Trial after using Lady M rage talent, it did the same. When I went to resume, she was still huge over all the tiles so I could not see any of them.
I’m having an issue with speed ups. I’m at VIP9 so should get free speed up for building of 20 minutes, but it doesn’t happen for the last day or so. I used to see the purple “Free” button but now I don’t.
This screenshot shows me upgrading a building with 6 minutes I have to either wait out or use more speed ups.
Now they subtract the "free" time from your build at the start instead of pressing the free button at the end. I believe it was last patch that incorporated the change. You should see the hero portraits of any active building free time when you click on any building now (no symbol for VIP)

For the past few days I’m not receiving any free build speed. I’m at VIP7. I don’t see any -16 minutes anywhere when I start building. Also, I’m supposed to auto occupy pit but that’s not happening either.
I also don’t see anywhere to click to auto occupy. I thought maybe there would be a button similar to fast producer. Didn’t find it.
The free speedup time is taken at the start of the build. When you start, it shows you a VIP logo above the building (and anahita and scarlett if you have them) to let you know it was applied.

I have troop hp 136% boost on an apex core. I used 20k dust trying to get a different apex boost, but among various blue to yellow rolls I ended up TWICE with the very same boost ie troop hp 136%. I think there's a bug. What are chances for that? Did anyone else see anything like that?

I have no red dots and everything is handed out are you sure you didn't miss a box?
if you have more boxes than members to give them out to, you can get a constant notification of leftovers

Latest bug is no curios rewarded in any anniversary feasts
Level 1 does not have it as a drop. But in level 2/3 it's a 5% chance to drop. Level 4 has a higher chance to drop like really high. It's not gaurenteed too

We just ran the Anniversary feast Level 2 event and not a single player got Cream. I think something is messed up with the programming on that one. I took a ss of the chat to show that the only thing folks won was diamonds.
If you are referring to the shout outs, only the cream x 5 award gets a system message the smaller ones just go to the people. We ran ours 2 hours ago. I got 36 cream but none with the x5s.
Yep, we ran the Anniversary Feast Level 1 and there were 46 Cream x5 shout outs. We ran the Anniversary Feast Level 2 about 5 minutes after and there was not a single Cream x5 shout out.
Our level 1 feast had 0 cream shout outs 🤷♂️

We have done all 4 feasts. The feast #4 probability of Curio x2 is 10% and Curio x1 is 15%. Not a single person in the alliance got a single curio from either feast #3 or #4. It's all busted, just a money grab again...

the counter does not advance visually. You go out and visualize again and the same thing comes out.
They changed it, it is now displaying how long you take to regenerate one stam/ap instead of a count down timer.
Any idea why I have such a problem getting any troops wounded? I attack a lvl 40 lair and lose at 28% thereabouts and only 11 wounded when the log says many more were wounded.

Bug Report:
For the past few days, I’ve been choosing ships that meet the following criteria:
1. Not on fire and not already plundered.
2. Carrying cream.
3. Likely to be easily defeated.
However, even when I win, I only receive wood and food as rewards.
That's normal rewards are plundered at random
Chances are they upgraded after nuka started which in turn keeps them in the bracket they were in before

Several of us just moved to our new state (707) over 5 weeks ago and are having serious Arena issues!!
The first of which is not allowing participation in Dual -Glory from day one. Yes we were all ranked in our other state.
Secondly is Dual - Survival. Even when this game is not in Emergency mode, our opponents are several times higher in might and unbalanced.

Glory you need to rank in Arena at the end of week before. Then you stay in Glory the whole week. And you need to rank in Arena again to be in Glory the following week.

It resets end of day Sunday.

It’s a never ending cycle lol. If it doesn’t reset to let you play then how are you supposed to get ranked. It’s not just me having this issue.

Oh Lordy. I was ranked in the top 20. At the end of the week. Before we moved. We get to 707 our opponents are Way Above Our capabilities to get ranked even when not in Emergency mode. Sorry if I not was clear and and miscommunication on my behalf.
Moving brackets means you arent ranked.
@sullen oxide ok this is the problem sjdawg means to covey, we were easily getting ranked in survival on the state before we moved, coming here the arena will not give us an opponent that we can even come close to beating, like I'm 8mil might right now 1 in 100 refreshes I'll find someone within 1mil might. Therefore we will never be ranked

Now you have to learn to use the heroes you have better and focus on their skills.
Lineup might means nothing. It is how you use the hero skills.
@sullen oxide that's BS, so I should be able to beat any 12mil + if I just knew how to use my heros skills better? That's a joke I use them perfectly and can still get beaten by a let's say 6mil with one 350 lvl hero. So hero level definitely has to do with it. Do you play the game?

Since the last patch the game has been freezing more and not spinning like it usually does to signify it is having a server hiccup. I would prefer to see the spinning circle than just be frozen and not sure wth is going on.
Preferably fix all the lag and optimize your need for all the push pull info events in the programming.

Has there been a change on the might of event Enemies? As in the past i could defeat Level 11 (equal to lvl 50 liars)with no problem, but today i only get 48% on all my tries.
Im in same boat doing lair 45s and defeted by a lvl 9 enemies must be a bug or the lvls or might of enemies are not the same should clear a lvl 9

The circle is more likely your connection. Or location.
Arena is splint into battle regions, you could have been in a smaller and easier region, but either you immigrated or your state aged enough to change into a bigger battle region, you joined the big boys, so you have to step it up. Arena is a LONG GAME event, you cant expect to beat big players who have been playing longer and have stacked heros if you have not put for the same time/money they have.

То есть, с прокачкой умения за 1,5 ляма очков уже на 1 уровне, урон по отряду еще и растет наоборот, а нанесенный урон снижается. Что это вообще такое? Какой-то баг? Как снижение урона по отряду повышает урон по отряду?!
