You need to click on someone who is in the state you are to join the alliance... a bit confusing... so someone needs to port there, that you can click on that person to join the alliance kinda

As long as your morale is higher at the end of the day, the video will misleadingly shows you as the winner. But you still have to clear 50% to clear the lair. Is like you won but you didn't clear it. 😵‍💫

I purchased the new years celebration PERMANENT frame. I ACTIVATED IT. I then got other frames which i activated and used. I decided to go back to the fire frame because i liked it the most ( this was after getting a few other permanent frames). Upon going back to reselect that frame it was gone and instead of being a permanent frame it gave me a unused 30 day frame in its place.. when i brought it to the help center all they ask for is proof proof proof. I dont exactly screen shot all the pieces i get so i have no proof. But the proof is in their own words i only ever got 1 of those frames and i activated it. So if i only got 1 frame and activated it. Even if it was 30 day frame , which it wasnt it was a permanent one, how do i have an unused one in my bag

There is absolutely nothing that can be done. It has happened many times, almost always because of lag when loading the assignment page or because of people shuffling out of the alliance when you are appointing the governor.
They are your governor for the next 2 weeks

Been having an issue in Nuka will go in shielded with 5 or 6 hours left on the shield. Will bounce back most of the time then for some reason it doesn’t bounce me back and my shield drops and goes into war frenzy but no battle log shows up

This is a common glitch. I used to get it all the time. The one time a tile that was empty was actually not empty and it popped my shield the next time it was an actually empty tile I sent to and it popped for no reason

It’s not the first time it’s happened. Had a 3 day shield on my farm because it was mud sitting. Still had 2 days left on it and it popped it. Definitely angry making.

Reason I said a very common glitch. I always got it in nuka till I switched to the big bracket. But the 3 day shields are known to fail and there is a common glitch with that one of failing early. Always document and take notes of your shields

I just tested it. If the timer on the monster runs out during a rally, it won't disappear but you won't be able to join. Then the rally disbands without a message. The monster only disappeared after going into my HQ then back to the world map.

Original iteration of Dr. J was female. They changed it and never updated the art for that level and a couple of other static images. You can see this for several heroes elsewhere in the game (and more they’ve since removed). Levina, Eve, Marlowe, Maverick, Meyers, Flint, Bard, Leah, and Sanguine used to all have different looks. Those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head.

I’m in S211 and have been playing about a year and a half. Bought ticket for wasteland conquest. Shielded, joined, and was dropped in mud and zeroed instantly. Lost 4 million troops. Customer service is horrible in game. They basically said it was my fault and nothing could be done. This may not seem like a lot but considering time and resources gone. It’s because the tile you’re on isn’t touching the second/third tile. You’re only able to select the tiles adjacent to the one you’re on.

You can only chose tiles in your path. So you took the path on the right so you have no access to shop.

Hey, one of the players in my alliance is having issues redeeming gift codes (he’s on an iphone), and hasn’t gotten a straight answer from CS - any suggestions? I attempted to input a code on my phone for him and received the same error message.
He also got a system message from Zayn MOD, and wanted to make sure if that was a scam or not.

No it’s not. You’re meant to fight for control of buildings wherever they go. NAPs are player-created and not recognized by the game. It’s a fighting event and so if you choose to not fight, you may lose by trucks.

I was supposed to be down to three heroes, something, I don’t know what, happened and I had all 5. The dead ones were low health. I continued played for two rounds when one of the ‘dead’ heroes’ rage meter filled. I tried to fire her but was told invalid something (I can’t remember). I tried to make a move and the game was frozen. I restarted and it allowed me to complete the match. I tried to reenter and the timer had reset so I couldn’t.
I realize I won’t get todays turn, and I’m hoping it’s a one off, but could they please look at it and make sure there’s not something wrong somewhere?

It was a pretty mellow NAP including clash so everything pretty much stayed the same till near the end.. & I understand that they stop when buildings change hands but not both & never just sits on a building that has been occupied prior to its arrival & stays froze at the same time as the other truck until they vanish at the end.. I don't know how else to explain it.. but I promise you I know for a fact it wasn't a typical part of gameplay.. especially when the other alliances are wondering the same thing..

I think there is bug with shooter lairs using Griffin vs. a red star +5 troop ATK hero like Meyers / In fighter lairs Sanguine gives a better result then a red star troop hero. / In rider lairs Dom gives a better result then the troop hero but in shooter lairs the troop hero gives a better result then Griffin.

Nope completely normal we have talks about shooter lairs all the time. We tend to get the short end of the stick. Also need a +6 red star non shooter troop boosted hero to replace griffin was needed for me personally

They sent out system mail to inform everyone it was a final run of the TWD event when it was going on. This version now is the regularly scheduled scorched earth event.

There is a well-known bug that causes heroes to “stick” to your lineup after exiting Arena and Campaign (most commonly). It may sometimes happen after exiting other match-3 aspects of the game.

After leaving Arena/Campaign and sending out a march to gather or join someone’s lair, double check your heroes aren’t accidentally taking a jaunt with them!

Yes, we have reported it several times recently in our reports. If you switch talents or go in and out of your sanctuary, it usually forces it to update. Not a solution, but a quick fix till it is resolved.

We are receiving frags, but at a very low rate. Interesting though when participating in lairs not everyone gets the same rewards. I got a frag for participating in the lair, but the person leading the rally didn’t get a frag. And neither did anyone else.

I've been having a lot of issues during Rez/clash lately. And today, my teammates experienced it along with me. The way it happens varies, but essentially there is a glitch that makes your march unreachable/unusable. Sometimes I can't join a rally. Sometimes I can't reinforce. And sometimes I can't speed a march to or returning from a place. Today after a rally kicked us from a building, everyone kicked was unable to speed back. This kind of stuff is costing us valuable time and points, and possibly wins.

When it happens, I get an error message about an invalid troop.

Why does my Noct allow me to do more damage in lairs and destroyer than my +3 Zephyr? Noct gives +25% to all fighter stats, and my Zephy gives +48%. Ok, I can get it that hero may die, I can see the reason in the video report of the battle. But also the video shows it that all the riders were dead and the rider hero at the same time, but the numbers in the report says that 99% of them survived. It’s not logical, and can’t be understood easily.

The hero die easily if there isn't much troops under them and if they are in front of your main troop. So actually all the riders died since they are in front of your shooter troops. Then at the end of the day, the casualties are proportionally spread out. So if you have 10% injury, the battle report will allocate 10% to each troop, even though the riders troops did all die.

it seems that right now, comeback decree doesn't apply to battles over turrets after the governor has activated the comeback decree anymore!!!

you are still fighting in another server and you are not getting anymore comeback for your dead troops at turret battles
it used to add up and apply to all dead units before and after the activation of comeback decree regardless.

To clarify, arena resets once a week and you have to be in T1000 when reset occurs. Arena reset is also when Ace or non Ace week starts.
