yea google an have a read through there documentation, theres a ton of it on how to install o/s via kvm etc . Obv you also need know how to setup asa servers from scrtach but its not that hard on windows, never done linux so unsure on that

I mainly noticed it was gone as our ab server, which has been up for 2 weeks, just like other maps, is 400 days higher. We have the days and nights set to longer and it still ignores it. We're trying to find a way to make it longer then an hour and nothing working. Then i noticed cycle speed has vanished from all map settings.

Nitrada don't know what's going on either.

Which shop mod? I use Resonant's shop and it makes a folder with files in the Savegames folder. I copy those over to each map

Setting up a club ark server do I just add the mod I don’t see it as a map option

Using Nitrado, you add the mod to a clean server. Under map name, select "custom", and then underneath type in BobsMissions_WP like this

for the breeding settings, you will need the pro version, it will however give you an idea on what settings to change to what so you can than do them manually. the dino level it should actually do for free. else, just google ark ascended difficulty and you shall find the wiki for it

Hey everyone, does anyone know why Cloud Gaming players cant connect to the abberation servers through nitrado when its fully enabled and they can go between all the other maps on our cluster just fine?

Would anyone have an answer why when transferring from one map to another, the game gets stuck in downloading then crashes? It happens after choosing the spawn location. We have just the main maps and all the same mods on them all.

If there is anybody who has successfully enabled Fear Evolved on their ASE single player or server, can you please help me? 😦 I've been trying for a couple hours now to find a way to activate it, but it does not seem to want to work.

I have currently installed the Fear Evolved Mod, and ensured that -ActiveEvent=FearEvolved in command line options as well as in GameUserSettings.ini. On the server it is similarily set in the basic settings on the configuration page offered by the server provider.

Me and my friends usually play this event each year, but this year it seems much harder and halloween is just about upon us already so i'm really desperate for some help if anybody in this community has managed to make it work.

Anyone else have issues with titano platform bases on dedicated servers? We are having an issue (using a permanent tame titano mod) where at a certain range the titano and strcutures sometimes blink in and out of existence.

Leaving render distance often causes a portion of the structures to remain rendered, no matter how far away we get. Coming back into render distance, sometimes the structures are fine. Sometimes the dino vanishes. Sometimes saddles vanish. Sometimes just a few structure pieces are dont render. And sometimes all the structures render in a ball under the titano's belly.

I am pretty sure this happens both with the modded titanos and the vanilla ones if you have a lot of structures on there. Doesnt seem to effect single player nearly as badly.

Your service provider is liable to be shut down. Nitrado have a monopoly on ASA hosting.

You can self host on your own hardware. Or on a server you rent.

But you have to be doing all of the management of the server

I've been having strange issues on our unofficial server cluster.

I transferred from aberration to the center, then crashed when I went and opened a drop.

Upon reconnecting, my character was gone.

I'm also having issues with cloud inventory in relation to Club ARK. Items dissapearing, Club ark overwriting obelisk uploads when "leaving" club ark. When I quit to menu, and load back into Club Ark all my rewards are gone etc.. etc..

DOes anyone have any thought son what I can look into to see if I can resolve these issues?

You’re not if the host has an interface on it to manage ASA. Can you open an ini file in notepad? See the command line that starts the server?

You have to save the tribe and player files along with the save game files.

Specifically .arkprofile and .arktribe files.

So for a backup, you really only ever need to save .ark, .arkprofile, and .arktribe. That will completely restore your game to original.

One of the Xbox players on my cluster is not able to see items in their inventory. If they go to a vault and transfer all into it, the items they had transfer over and can be seen in the vault. Transfer all back to player inventory and nothing shows. It's like it's all there but can't be seen. This is before and after the patch today.

My aberration server was running fine, then we had a power outage and now it crashes on trying to startup. We tried verifying files, removing all mods, going to a backup. Do you have other maps in your cluster working properly, sounds like it might be worth checking your cluster id and cluster directory are the the same for both servers. I'm not sure how you transfer stuff between club ark and normal cause I havent used it but adding the items to your upload should be a safe bet

On my unoffical Aberration server when I try to join the game just takes me to the create a new character screen even though I've got a character laying in a bed on that server. Anyone know how to fix this so I can log in on my existing character? For reference, I host the server on the same machine I play on, there haven't been any updates since my last session, and I was able to freely hop between my clustered maps last night no issue. The last thing I was doing around 1am est this morning was popping over to my island server to grab some materials, I then went back over to aberration, layed down in my bed, logged off and exited my servers. Now all of a suddent when I try to log back in Aberration it prompts me to make a new character. I've also confirmed that my character is still there by having a friend log in and check if my body is still in bed.

I have a script that takes save folder and backs it up and compresses it. this script also sends my backup to the cloud, but it does not cleanup my local files on my machine and my backups caused my server to fill up. so i just deleted my backup folder i made and restored a latest backup i had from my cloud storage

I use an ansible role to configure all of my ark servers at once I do a cronjob to tar up and send backups to my NAS. Accidentally set the backup to do the entire ShooterGame/Saved directory every 5 minutes with my fat fingers. Filled up 3TB over the course of a week before I found it 😅

I have it set to look for any backups older than 7 days and delete them, but I guess I didn't expect 4 ark servers to take up so much space. The island alone is 418 MB for me right now.

anyone else have issues or have had issues with items turning invisible and not able to move them off your body as well as not being able to craft anything in your inventory until you die, and then you are good for a bit. Ok, so this is a strange one. On our cluster, any time you connect to club ark, it wipes your tribute items.

we also have this issue on our cluster, I have been telling people to clear your tributes at home before going back to Club ARK.
We are new to Club Ark and not sure if its supposed to act that way or not

There is no setting that does either of those things.

Players need to log off on bed inside a closed structure so they dont get dragged off and killed. There is no setting to control who loots a bag.
If you are referring to ORP, that wont prevent players from being dragged off to water and drowned. As I mentioned players need to log off on a bed inside a closed building to prevent this.
