It's more the point that they don't do shit when people break the rules like spoofing owner accounts or aimbotting and esp. Whole tribes used to get banned for 1 or 2 cheaters in a tribe now none do they are lucky to get a warning

they should just ban the whole tribe/dev them not just 1 server all servers and do it repeatedly until they give up if they repeatedly deved them everyday for a month they would stop playing or cheating

for 1 or 2 people maybe not ban the the entire tribe but ban those doing it and if possible hardware ban them even though there is ways around it still adds more weight to the punishment

but if a tribe comes to a server with 7 or 8 aimbotters and use them to establish themselves on that server like aimbot railgun through the mesh to take a center pearl cave or the like they should all be banned not just the aimbotter but all on the server from the enemy tribe as it is an act they are complicit in to get that fob spot they are all ok with the cheaters on their side to get the spot and 99% of the time it is planned ahead of time

About being prisoner, I will bring this up. Actual PvP meta is trash, people use Tek bows to put you asleep in 1 hit and then grapple your body and carry you straight to a cage even in turrets range. Wildcard do something BC this is not funny when people abuse of it

So fight night happened and the highest lvl allowed was 225 and someone brought along a Dire Wolf at level 201 it was doing 124 damage and had 7k hp and it absolutely destroyed everybody. Is that possible? That seems just awfully high for a server that doesn't have boosted stats

Pretty much every cave in console is meshable right now. If WC wants to bring back a bigger player base in PVP console, they should consider make bigger death barriers around caves

PVP is mostly competing for base spots. But some maps don't have any bases because of meshing. So people don't play on it. That is why gen1 and gen2 are more populated than any other map

It is not because we enjoy gen1 and gen2. It is because other maps are pretty much useless

crossarks can be fun, it's pretty much a matter of the tribe that gets their first is the most established. some of them have decent alphas that will nurture you for your best life, whether that be going for PVP or what. they can be fun.

Moderation in ark official is an 'if you are lucky' sort of thing. When your moderation team consists of one dude who mixed up their lunch break hours with their working hours and gets a solid 45min-1hr in a day... well you get the official servers. I have recommended they change their 'Official' title to 'Aimbot/RMT Advocated' but they just can't be that honest I guess. who knows.
Ark is a great game, you can be just like iron man, or vin diesel, or whatever fantasy you crave with dinos... but you are definitely 1 billion times more likely to get shot in the head.
