losing my mind.

my tribemates are mass losing my shadowmane line to the most pathetic of situations. we've lost more shadowmanes to them being unaware of their circumstances and their players drowning and them being unable to find where tf they died and thus the dino than we've lost shadowmanes to pvp situations.

I hosted non ded for me and my friend and when I invite him to my session his screen is loading but says connecion timed out but yesterday our session worked
And after tries and tries when he once accepted my invite , my whole server got disconnected including me ( admin )

Non dedicated means you are tethered to your host. Dedicated means someone is running the server.

When you run dedicated it will pop up a command window that is launching the dedicated server for everyone to join. Like a host would.

But you need ports open to make it work for others.

use a speedtest side (like https://www.speedtest.net/ ) they should show your IP below your ISP name
that is your IP for the server .. then you need to add the port you spcified (usally its 27015 ) to get the connection
it should look like <your ip>:27015
that you can then add to steam server browser as a favorite
and the server should show up in your favorites ingame if you set up everything correctly

You can try turning up your gamma in settings, this basically increases the brightness, depending on the map you're playing on you can get a shoulder pet like a bulbdog which gives off light, or you can add a flashlight attachment to a gun and use that.

In local/host, select "host non-dedicated session". You can play with up to 4 people (you + 3 friends), but I think there's a way to change the cap in the ini files to invite more people (I might be wrong tho). The downside is that it's a bit resource demanding and there's a limit at how far you can be from your friends, but that can be changed by typing a large number in the "non-dedicated host tether distance" slider under general settings

some mods are definitely a mess, but then you get mods like the lunar biome fix, which literally make the game more stable by fixing the stupid lunar damage bug

there's plenty of modders who really know what they're doing and make a point of making their mods as clean, stable, and stackable as possible- no matter how much more difficult it makes their work

It's easy to remap a dino to make it breedable and not give a shit about the resulting overspawn- then there's modders who use the most difficult ways if they have to keep that dino vanilla and issue free when they make that edit

I have the problem that on my unoffi server whenever I want to kill a baby dino with a dino the server briefly crashed rollbacked and is back again.
Normally the server crashes and I have to restart it myself. Likewise when I kill the dinos with admin gun it does not crash.

I’m about to give up on this fucking game bro anytime I try and play it freezes at PrimalGameData_BP on the loading screen and has been doing this for 3 hours.

I have tried

1. going to home page and quitting game then opening it back up around 15 times now
2. then i tried quitting and turning off xbox then loading game back up like 5-8 times now
3. and then i tried quitting the game and restarting my xbox then loading game back up like 3 times now
4. then i tried clearing singleplayer game and quitting game and reloading it
5. then i tried clearing singleplayer game and quitting and turning off xbox then turning it back on and rejoining,
6. and then i tried clearing the entire cache for my ark data or whatever and restarting my xbox
7. Factory resetting my Xbox but keeping my games and apps

and none of it has worked

Last night, it also deleted all of my save data on single player world randomly after freezing repeatedly and not saving as often

Aberration - PVE - Singleplayer I'm about to do Alpha Rockwell with no experience but to shoot tentacles, destroy energy ball things, then attack. I'm bringing lots of good Flak, a Tek suit, a 611% and a 508% shotgun, a 633% Fabricated Sniper and lots of med brews and Cooked meat. For my firepower I have an army of 250 saddle armor, 1,500% melee, 55k Heath Megalosaurus. I will be riding on a Rock Drake with a 284 armor saddle and a bulbdog as a shoulder pet to counter the reaper kings' power. Is there anything I should know before starting the fight?

If u want to breed that raptor u should first check what r the stats u want to pass to the raptors offspring , like high melee , hp... and the low oxygen of the female , the low food value... Then u want to keep breeding till u find a perfect male(with all the stats u want) and breed it with some perfect females , after that u have to breed till u have a male with the mutations u want and replace ur perfect male with the new one and breed over and over again stacking ur mutations. After all the process u'll have perfectly mutated raptor

then you shouldnt have a visible implant. Under advanced settings you should enable something like "give default player items" and you'll spawn with the homo deus costume when you die or transfer servers
