Hey, does anyone know if this patch fixed the issue with single player save files crashing endlessly after a certain amount of overall time spent in it? Basically it rendered the game unplayable after day 10 to 15 on normal game day night speed. (On PS5 if it helps)

My Solo Rag game (Xbox) seems to have auto saved itself on an area of the map where my game crashes itself.. so eveytime I attempt to load it I get kicked back to Home Screen as my game crashes. If anyone has had similar problems with a fix please let me know

1. I've had this Summer Bash mod since last summer. I hope it's gone after the event ends this time!

2. There aren't any new events (or games) added to coincide with the new events, because that's what everyone looks forward to. Please change that and try to introduce at least one new game.

I have all these settings in my INI and yet I cant download certain dinosaurs to Ragnarok specifically, like Dreadnoughtus, Abberant Fasolasuchus, and Tek Stegos. Is this a game bug thing that needs fixing or is this possibly an error on my part?

• The Dread itself should be will within the range of acceptable level to exist on the map too. Its level 225 and the server and my singleplayer are running on standard 150 wild cap.

Since the UE5.5 update there are suddenly massive Megalodon spawns. Even in my small fish tank, up to 7 megalodons spawn and eat my tames. On Island the Megalodons ate my Lvl 416 Basilo and a Lvl 392 Mosa. Something similar happened on Astraeos. On Ragnarok, the number of spawned megalodons has multiplied. Only on Scorced earth this doesn't happen 🙂 This has to stop !!!!

If you have a mutation count of 500+ it means you messed up your line by using mutated females. Unless you go hard in th paint and go for negative mutations, you are probably better starting over.

Does anyone have a potential fix for this? Theres probably about a 50% chance that when i join/transfer to a server, i get mass desync where nothing will load in. I can tell this happens because the oxygen will appear on my HUD. I have to exit to main menu and reconnect to the server, however once hitting 'exit to main menu' my character will stay logged in for ~3 minutes before actually disconnecting from the server.

When it does happen, it happens on any map, at any bed or region map spawn location.

Apologies for the late reply Discord didn't notify me that you had replied. Full specs are Ryzen 9 5900HX overclocked paired with Radeon 6800M 12gb and 32gb DDR4. I was able to play halfway decent when it first released but now I'm lucky if I can get above 17 FPS and no input lag without dropping all setting to low, changing resolution scale to below 25 and turning off Volumetric Clouds and Fog.

Question about carcha’s damage. Does it… just suck? The server is boosted a little bit and, for example, the rexes do great damage, but it seems like the carcha’s aren’t doing much. Yeah thats why I'm trying to figure out what happened with this game as before the WW mod released I was able to run on High settings and get 40-60 FPS and no lag and all I needed to do was run the cloud and fog volumetric commands to 0. I'm in process of a full reinstall cause I got so fed up with it that I uninstalled it and nuked the entire folder off my system to see if a complete fresh install would fix the issues. Honestly it would be nice if those 2 commands could actually be set in the .ini files so I didn't have to enter them every time I started the game.

depends on map, extinction or astraeos i'd say purple osd , it goes so fast you need multiple draekling to switch between them to not have the cooldown . if you're farming them on rag then kill wyverns it gives a lot and you can get those keys pretty fast that gives an huge advantage for those starting days. Also the alpha wyverns gives pretty much instant 30k with one and are easy to deal with a pyro

Thank you for the answer, they weren't in god mode because we never put them there. It is a player run server. I ended up having to admin and kill them and they work fine now. They logged off just after they died last time and we think maybe there was some sort of relog glitch. It worked though.

My issue: On Ark's default "High" settings the illumination works amazing. But when I switch to default "Epic" settings, the lights are lit but do not flood an area. you should be able to check easily, use hwinfo64 or similar to see what your dGPU's clockspeeds and power draw are while the game is running. if it is not being used, go to "graphics settings" in windows -> choose and app/browse -> find ark -> set the preferred graphics device to "high performance"

i doubt a mobile iGPU could even get 12 fps, though

I'm playing on my rented Server and my PS5 game crashes all the time. Basically since the 5.5 update, I never crashed before that.
I got the newest update Version on my server and ps5 and I literally can't play the game because of all the sudden crashes.

I can play like 10min-1h sometimes even 2h. But it already cost me all my armor and equipment like 4×.
Died in the Brute Cave entry cause game crashed. Died trying to find a dino I wanted to tame etc etc.
I can basically only chill in my base and do stuff there cause atleast I won't lose my stuff then.

Make sure you’re constantly making back up saves

I lost 6 hours of progress yesterday even when backing up my saves but it’s better than starting all the way over

it will load the loot crate file and all the extra shit attached to it, which is a lot, but should not crash by itself

Hum i don't remember exactly, i think wiki can tell you. I have in mind something like you can't grap dinos with flying and some more ... nothing you can't remove with modifications in your gameusersettings.ini or game.ini

it is a bug in some server conditions where your character basically goes on ahead without waiting for you and your game freaks out and decides you have no body and have to respawn, then the server reattaches you to your body

yeah, you dont die, the game just sends you to the respawn screen any time you dont have a character. it cant find the character anymore because it is in a part of the map it is not aware of at the moment

really weird bug, since your game should follow along and never lose track of the character. i dont think it is specifically the teleporter at fault

Interesting I did some testing because It only just recently happened when farming fiber with theri. When I use the the tp to default when riding the theri it happens but if I just stand next to it and use it on foot no issue so might be dino specific like if I tp while riding certain dinos it happens I used it with other dinos fine atm only the therizinosaur causes the bug to make me on death screen. If you able to report bug or try it too would be helpful to see if just me.

because you are the dino and your character is just along for the ride, so when you tp, you sort of get left behind your body
