Apologies for the ping, but this is the only way I can seek help. Let me explain my situation:
i will delete this message if its not allowed to seek help here.

About a year ago, I requested Ark Support to delete my only account on the survivetheark.com forum. Thankfully, they agreed and confirmed with proof, stating, "Per your request, your account has been deleted." i have undeniable proof confirming this if needed.

A month ago, I started playing Ark again and somehow managed to log in to that same deleted account. I submitted a bug report without realizing my account was supposed to have been deleted. When I logged in, everything seemed normal at first. However, I noticed that while I could reply to posts, I couldn’t create any new ones. I tried using different browsers, VPNs, and devices, but the issue persisted.

Eventually, I realized that the problem was likely due to my account being "deleted" as per my original request. So, I thought, “Aha! That must be the issue—it’s not supposed to exist anymore.” To work around this, I created a new account with a similar name. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred: I could only reply to posts, not create new ones. At this point, I figured the survivetheark forum must be bugged and gave up.

This morning, I woke up to find that my original "deleted" account has been permanently banned without warning, and my second account has been restricted from posting for 30 days because "multiple accounts aren't allowed". Ironically, I couldn’t post on the forum anyway due to the bug.

I feel this situation is incredibly unfair, and I’m unsure what to do. I want access to the forum again, but:

I cannot contact support to appeal the ban.
I cannot read Community Crunches, the Code of Conduct, or anything else.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or help you can provide.

But also, reboot pc, resign into steam, using a friends account to boot it from there, reset internet settings on my pc, reinstalled ark, wait in the game, im starting to run out of options

yeah, I dont really play official, but when they launched Extinction, I play modded, it flaked out and none of the mods I used were really specifically the issues, but I had to save map, and roll through each one to reinstall them. I could not play for over 8 hours. It was very frustrating.

Yeah, during extinction, I had to troubleshoot the heck out of it, mods were being blamed. But Extinction was a bad show for any that run cross-play servers. Due to Xbox/MS late launch.

Wasnt sure the best channel for this question. I have a nitrado ark asa server that I am playing on with just two family members. I messed with a couple settings nothing major. I have noticed that both my doedicurus and my ankylosaurus do not gather very much resources per hit. For instance my anky has 350% melee and only gathers about 10-15 metal on average. Is this normal for ASA? I thought I would get 5 to 10x that per hit. Did I mess a setting up?

i would need to see the error log to hazard a guess at what is wrong, but there are multiple severe issue with 13/14th gen intel desktop processors that causes them to fail rapidly if not fixed. usually months for the i7s and i9s, but lower-power i5s starting to fail is expected. data corruption and really random crashes is the usual initial symptom. unreal engine games tend to show earlier issues due to doing more data integrity checks
TL;DR update your motherboard firmware immediately to one post august 2024, with all mitigations for CPU failure issues. it wont fix any already-existing damage, but prevents it worsening

Hello, I wanted to test the new car today, but it glitched me under the map, and I got stuck there. To get out, I had to eat my implant. Now I have the problem that I no longer have an implant. When I check the vault or the replicator, I don’t see anything anymore, even though they’re full. There’s also nothing in my inventory, and nothing shows up when crafting. if you go to "i" for inventory, there's a tab that looks like a dino footprint - you can track/untrack whatever dinos you have out.
They are usually auto-tracked upon taming but there is a setting for that in the escape menu > advanced settings (somewhere)
Am not currently in game to give u specifics of where to find the auto-track thing

xD I watched him do it, but once it's sorted the settings are v similar to nitrado settings - it's just a matter of port forwarding and setting it up correctly to begin with. Again, I cannot help you specifically to get it there - my point is.... there are options outside of paying Nitrado for server hosting.
You would likely need a PC that can handle hosting whilst also playing OR a separate PC to host and to play on ur main.

You would put the respective item in your last slot on ur hotbar (0/zero for pc) and you would just walk up to it and feed it, much like how you would "imprint" on a baby tame.
Then, wait for it to be hungry again and repeat

on PC, if the preferred item is in your hotbar slot zero - you would just walk up to it and press "E" to feed it and boom, taming begins

that's the game. Mejos are not optimal for taming, kibble and Archelon Algae(ASA) are the best options, veggies are prime for herbivores.

it's just one of those things that you should prepare if you want the best tames, you wouldn't feed normal meat to a carnivore if you wanted the best effectiveness

for ASE rag, spawn highlands east and get the dead whales for easy spoil meat and make some narcs..lots of Pteradons spawn there with a bow and some tranqs you will have a flyer fast watch out for allos though, sheep also spawn there so you can get mutton for the PT, let your game take some time to load in creature also set the difficulty to max or you wont get high level creatures on single player

So, I just got my Xbox Series X for christmas and I installed Ark Ascended. I decided to check out Club Ark first and foremost. First time I tried, it was a bit framey at first, but it got better. However, the longer I stayed my game started to either lag or something... The Audio got choppy or laggy or something idk how to properly describe it. So, I figured 'Okay, I can close out and try again!' However, when I hit home, it instead pulled up the options to turn off my console, turn off my controller, or restart my console. But that only happens if I press and hold my button. So, the Inputs I press must prolonged during this. Is there anything I can do to kinda help prevent this..?
