Hi, I have a 2060gpu and on ase I’ve had no problems with medium to low settings. The island and scorched earth was no problem. Granted it didn’t look amazing but I could play. After this newest update on the center. I can’t play the game at all. I keep crashing over and over every minute. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Any advice helps!

its not just you, or your 2060, ark within itself has a high crash rate due to many things. perfomance at its highest works, id recommend turning everything to low, or run in admin to see if it helps fix things

Yep. So as stated from Microsoft, "create a Family Group with an adult account, add your account as a child account and make the changes on the filter options."

Why are all the creatures on the island so low level? I have max difficulty on (150+ thing and the difficulty slide) and all the creatures are really low level. I've tried going on a different map like lost island and they're all decently leveled

if you want to play long term, it is a good idea anyway, gets updates way quicker than xbox, less janky, better mod support, wont randomly delete your savefiles and not let you make backups, ect. there is a discount if you own ASE. also a lot easier to debug issues. whatever it is, it is not a normal game bug. either means it is a problem with that version, or some sort of hardware/software issue, which is fixable

On official you can just report by submitting a ticket, and amazingly enough they removed the dinos under an hour after I reported it. Maybe depends on timing ig. But if its unofficial, then only server admin can remove it.

Ok, so i'm operating on a 3060 laptop with 1920x1080 resolution screen, and i can handle ASA fine, but after the update with the power ranger collab, i think it broke the game, because everytime i try to load into a solo save, it would crash instantly, or cause the screen to go haywire, then crash after 30 seconds

I have tried verifying files, restarting my pc, updating drivers and everything else

and i have 32 gigs of memory

in otherwords, my laptop is a fockin' beast, but i think ASA is the issue

Know it's been six days, but, I've had success trapping the parent in a walled/gated prison like those used on rexes and the like. I just snap the gates together at 90° angles, add a door to all of them, and aggro the adult in. Keep it close (maybe within 50) and if the baby becomes disinterested, let the adult out and let it go back to the nest before repeating the process.

what is your mature rate? and do you use singleplayer settings.
