Queso I was building a wall trump style to keep them gigas out n this lil lvl 15 scum spider came up n started attacking me. I couldn’t kill it none of my Dino’s could kill it. I tired the kill cmd and it did nothing after I picked it up wit a dragon I dropped it in a volcano I realized that I can’t kill any wild Dino’s. They don’t run or attack back and none of my Dino’s can even hurt them even with fire from a dragon. I died. Closed it and opened the game but nothing is working.

Food is at best a mere convenience stat on most tames and at worst wastes levels towards the level cap. I wouldn't bother unless you are really bad at remembering to feed your tames.

The centre and ragnarock were the best places to find gigas in evolved. It is likely they will be in ascended too. Lost island and fjordur were quite good too.

So I play on single player and I went to upload my character from Scorched Earth to The Island and I guess it duplicated my character for some reason and I selected the “wrong” one even though their stats and everything were identical. Was able to spawn in my bed and everything but no dino said they were own by me. Tried killing myself to download the “other” character but now its just stuck on “loading” for the character list. Any known fixes? Im unable to spawn in either of my worlds now. I seriously do not want to redo the many hours Ive put into this game

You need to set up an admin password in the settings. This is separate from a server password if you ha e one. Then it's ~enablecheats password

Anyone knows a fix? been trying to join a server with mods for quite some time now. Everytime I try it's giving me the 2% stuck bug (no, waiting does not help), and if I try to download manually - some of the bigger downloads (dear jane, giganto etc) keep getting cancelled. You probably need to reinstall your game but before you start, hit the select button over the game icon and hit quit game that way it’s loading and fresh each time

trying to understand how dino leveling works. Are the manual level up inputed by a player worth more than each wild point? I tamed a much higher level golem and noticed that my lower rock ele's weight is much better than my new one, even though its total stats are higher

The jelly fish stings will dismount you from everything with the exception of basilos and tusos…a mosa can take it but if you get unlucky and die your mosa can be stun locked then swarmed..gets messy

Stun lock is gone in asa, they get 30 second immunity after the first stun during which time you can remount them. Mosa's are actually useable now

My boyfriend who plays on Xbox One X (Xbox Cloud Gaming) has been able to play fine on our server up until the 8th, when he has not been able to play for longer than 5 minutes without crashing. Another friend and I play on PC Gamepass and do not have any issues. He crashes in singleplayer too with no mods, but he is able to get 40 minutes to an hour in singleplayer without mods and only 5 minutes max on the server. I've tried disabling mods but I feel like I shouldnt have to since they all worked prior and it works fine on PC gamepass. I wish the logs gave some kind of info on this so I could solve the issue more efficiently. At this point we just want it fixed. 100 mods is just absolutely crazy, though. i would not recommend half that on a high -end PC

console seems to have a habit of running out of memory or otherwise breaking during the world save on exiting the game, causes that. you can use saveworld or for a server cheat saveworld in the command console to force a save first

You can use the command grass.enable 0 to help with performance, it gets rid of all the extra grass that causes lag, also there’s a mod called the performance mod, or something similar that makes it more smooth

Anti-meshing is a real problem with ASA. It has occurred too many times for my taste. Just playing normally and boom you're gone, your stuff is gone, your tames are gone. For just standing on the ground. All your time wasted. It's honestly just disappointing at this point.
