Not tamed, but that’s how you knock out all dinos that aren’t passive tames. To tame them you need meat or kibble that you cook. But the tranqs are what you use to knock them out

So it’s only ‘op’ if you don’t tweak it how you want it balanced

With Larkator it will give you the location and you get the option to teleport above the dino. but getting it back to the surface is a problem unless you cryopod the dino or use the Dino Storage V2 mod

Keep in mind, most of the stuff people are "selling" for tek, are heavily bred and mutated.

Yes, the colors added with admin commands will pass onto any offspring.

I dont know of any mods, but you can also use a mawwing with nursing enabled and making sure there is food in it.

The container spawns dinopithecus. Raptors aren't in the entry at all

But when the game tries to spawn monkeys- They get turned into raptors

Herbivore island is a good spot for beginners. Otherwise there’s the plateau. And there’s a spot in the northwest just south of the snow biome that’s large and flat. It’s on a beach but spawns rexes, Allos, raptors, scorpions, sabertooths, fire wolves, and argies.
