I hate having to re-enable "leavemealone" everytime I log in and mount. I stopped trying but if I could have that command persist on every tame and player on my SP, I would have a much different, and much more enjoyable SP.

I may even give up official if I could get one mod to keep leavemealone on every tame/player

We can't access a lot of what the console commands actually do, so it may or may not be accessible. At best case, leavemealone would be set up as a buff, that could then be default buffed onto everything- Issue with that is it would be very unperformant

A player buff that mass-buffs everything that's normally loaded may help to some degree (unless the constant application and removal of the buff would be even more laggy); But that's not flawless since different things go into stasis at different ranges (or not at all)

Creative mode kinda does it, but not for tames, and creative also gives me all the patterns... I dont want items just given to me, I want to harvest and craft for my items. I just hate having to watch out for wilds that could ruin my day.

I had a list of over 2 dozen npc replacements and I spent hours and hours looking at wiki for all the creature ids. some cave mobs still made it into my game.

The impact npcreplacements has will be very small- Since it'll only really impact right after a dinowipe when lots of dinos are fiirst spawning. And the overall count of dinos will be either the same or lower

Crystal isles isn't bad as you can get a crystal wyvern after you hit 60 and most of the map is relatively safe but it's huge! As bobster said with the island being the first map in the story I would always suggest starting there first to get used to basic mechanics. Dont worry about dying, we all do even after years of playing 😂

No. You can get up to 50% of the creatures current level as bonus levels for taming. The higher level it is wild the more points you’ll get for taming it. The only exception is reapers. They can get up to 75 levels regardless of what level the queen is that impregnated you.

Craft a pick axe, use it to harvest flint and then craft an axe. Spend engrams points from levels to buy more things to craft.

You’ll level up from harvesting the flint

And probably crafting your axe.

Every level you get will award you with points to spend on engrams. Harvesting with the pick will give experience.

They should give exp, but will be open, and not show the unlocking animation. If they don't give the exp boost you should send in a bug report.

Make sure you don't have any character, dino's or items uploaded, as the file that is required to reset note progression also stores your uploads.

Also create a backup just in case, before deleting the files in the following location:
\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\LocalProfiles\

If you right click steam goto manage and then browse local files, you start in the in ark folder.
File should be called "PlayerLocalData.arkprofile", removing it will reset all notes, dosiers, uploaded items\characters\creatures.

for gen 2 after you kill the boss get all your stuff inside the dino inventory because they going to remove everything from you and spawn naked

also place a sleeping bag at the boss teleport so you can spawn right there and grab your dino
