but melee doesn't matter that much considering how much easier they are to get

for most practical usage they're the same as regular wyverns except you can get them on day 1

and sure, you can rush to wyverns on day 1 too

but Crystal wyverns seem like they're specifically geared towards being tamed early game

that actually bit me in my newish ass. Someone told me about making my own tribe so I could follow what happens in the log that's kept, so I did. But then I thought, nah, I'll just roll with my name for a bit with no tribe affiliation, so I cancelled out of my tribe. And found myself with all my animals and house unaccessable. Apparently it all belonged to the tribe I was no longer a part of.

luckily, it wasn't so very much lost, a few ptera's and a houseboat

still, I hate learning by beating my head against a problem I didn't know existed. The standard should be that I should have to put those permissions to Tribal when joining one, not that all my stuff is theirs alluva sudden

You wanna get on an argy, get some grapples, and get near your Quetz, then, you dismount and grapple to your argy, then you will whistle your argy to attack the quetz but before your argy gets too close, whistle stop all to prevent the argy from attacking it, and you can shoot tranqs at your quetzal, repeat this process until you knock it out, then stuff some berries up its bum, then voilà! You have a quetz
