Unfortunately there's nothing wildcard could do about it. Tribes are allowed a certain number out and that means that the server has enough tribes with enough out that it's reached cap. Best you can do is encourage tribes to pod up or otherwise move servers to a less populated

Best place to get bile easily is on crystal isles. Go to the beach on the far side of the desert. There's a huge shallow water area and they will spawn on there every other day or so.

my wolf somehow went to neutral and therefore I had like 100 Tek Paras grown and if I hit one they would kill the wolf I eventually after like 4 reverts room and cryod the wolf and used maybe a Rex to clear the Paras outi never again farmed Tek Paras

they destroyed my structure a bit as well I never fixed it either

It kind of depends on your level, but you can get a lot of different dinos. I am a huge fan of Thylacoleo. You get a couple of high level ones, breed them, and you can go everywhere (well... almost... and dont go deep ocean hahaha)
