The max thing is only enabled by default on official servers, and is a separate config with no relation to the difficulty setting.
The dino may as well as have been deleted if it's an egg or in a cryopod though

it just looks like one since theyre mostly white in the snow biome.

make sure not to pump too much health into them either, 21k exactly for the theris is what you want, and around 20-25k should be fine for the reapers.

you shouldnt need to worry about whether its on the patrilineal or matrilineal side, as long as your mutating with mutated males and unmutated females specifically then it wont matter

regardless of whether or not you got a mutation on the mat or pat side, if you use mutated males only then its always going to pass down on the pat side

the only thing you'll need to worry about in terms of mat and pat mutations is if one counter goes above 20, then your chances of getting a mutation is halved, so you'll eventually have a mutated male with 20 mutations on the pat side and 0 on mat since it always passes down in the pat side.

Modded items are deleted and become ghost items like that if you load into a map that doesnt have the mod (one of the big reasons it's better to use INI for stacks instead of a stack mod)
You can recover the slots by going to steamapps>common>ark>shootergame>saved>localprofiles and deleting playerlocaldata.arkprofile, this will delete all dinos in the obelisk as well as all minimap and explorer note data but there's no other way of recovering them

I’m playing on a cluster and max lvl for donation players is 1500 and and almost everyone of them are broken in 1 stat or more, I can go to single player and spawn in hundreds of 1500s and only a few will be broken. Is the admins doing something wrong or is it just another broken piece of “ark”

..except in non-dedi (if youre not hosting) and unclustered servers dino data gets wiped from fert eggs/cryopods/soul traps so the only safe way to transfer then is using Dino Storage's recovery file

Raptor is good for meat and hide, and transport. It's very fast

Yeah trap them with DS, stick in dino slots, transfer over. Download them all as fast as you can and hit saveworld asap

At worst though, DS recovery file will have you covered

For an earlygame dino, yeah they're alright, better with a pack if you can manage the ai

They're flimsy compared to a lot of creatures but they can kill enough to get you meat and hide

I wouldn't move into the areas permanently, you should definitely try head over to the areas to get some resources at some point though. I'd wait till you have some more tames first though
