With it already being established, its easier to adjust to official settings and release across the other platforms. Lost Island was a fan created map as well but wasn't finished until shortly before launch.

Damage, health, and stamina are all very important for wyverns

Actually decided to rectify this in my games
For some reason the default setting had all dinosaurs I tamed have their HP and attack stats reduced to 0.2x what they were before and also only gain 0.2x what they'd get in other stats
So decided to balance those out cuz I can't be bothered with challenge lol

The reason they’re not worth it for bosses is because other tames such as rexes or Theri are more versatile and can be used to fight pretty much all bosses rather than just doing extremely well on one.

on gamma and beta you could probably use just about anything so it doesnt really matter whether youre using megatheriums or theris. most wont get the buff because there wont be enough araneos.

The bug buff is a megatherium specific trait. Megatherium do fine on Alpha, I’ve done it and have never had an issue. But if you’re looking for boss killers I’d suggest rexes. Just breed a line and stack health and melee mutations and they’ll take you through just about any of the bosses in the game with only a few exceptions.

But the problem you're going to run into is that the basic slider for Imprinting frequency compensates for boosted speed by reducing imprint amount. So you'll be able to get an imprint before it matures, but It'll be like 13%. If you want to full imprint dinos on a boosted maturation server, you need to add a line to your INI to increase the Imprinting amount per imprint
