This event blows. Can't find the dodo wyvern. Every 3 day from 0000 to 0510 you have to kill it, which is a 2 hours in real life for 1 day cycle on scorch. So every 4 hours in real life time.Can't find it,it says it spawned and fled on scorched.. im the only one on scorched wth.

Well, I find Color Grading/Light Bloom/Light Shafts more of an annoyance so disabled those;

Even though Ground Clutter looks nice, it often hides stuff more than anything so disabled that too [put it at minimum].

Oh and Distance Field Ambient Occlusion makes things too dark on my screen

• High qualitiy anisotropic (Don't see the difference on/off)
• Post processing (Frankly useless effects)
• Terrain Shadows (Left at High, lower looks butt)
• Extra level streaming disabled as I only have 6GB VRAM on it people only recommend it w/ 8GB+.

Playing Solo on island I forgot how easy it was even at max difficulty. Most I died was three times at the beginning when I spawned in the Arctic portion of W3 and committed suicide on Mammoths. Now that I have a pair of mate boosted 100+ Sarcos I can just wander wherever I please for the most part. Except the swamp. In the hundred+ hours of solo I've played I've never gone into the Swamp.

I love Sarcos on the Island. I have mate boosted 100+ and they're probably the best early-mid game tame. I use mine in a convoy and swim in shallow water to avoid Cnidaria and travel to the southern isles metal nodes. Plus you can use them to face tank as a tame since you can use crossbows on them :) Not sure if taming a scorpion would be worth it to use as a taming tool though... I don't bother with taming pens.

I love Baries more than Carnos tbh. Especially for getting into the Ocean and taming a Basil they're great. Crossbow on its back for jellies and it has unlimited oxygen and a spin for mantas :) Just need to find a high lvl one :/

So, today i got an R-Reaper King, but it doesnt get any imprint buff, when i go to it's inventory in the section "Raised By:" is blank, that goes the same for my friend (we got kings from the same queen)

Also something is bugged with the baby boom settings, it doesnt affect the dino's growth and it fuck up the imprint, the imprints are instant and give 0% each time you do them

Is there something wrong with the server or just ark beeing ark and there is some way to fix this?

nah we raised a lot of things before, they all worked out normally, exepct for now when we got the baby boom buff from the maewing race mission, the imprint timer has been like 1 second and we must rely on s+ nanny to imprint the dinos

And the baby reapers arent even detected by s+ nanny so i dont think that's a in game problem, perhaps that has something to do with reaper larva beeing faster than game had it in code and it potentially broke that way?

How much torpor is inflicted depends on the weapons damage, so an ascendant would deal more torpor than a primitive

It also would deal far more damage though, which means to many dinosaurs, the risk is higher for it to be killed instead of being tamed.
