They’re doing the best they can to get it out to all platforms quickly. Keep in mind it is also a big patch and these can often come with bugs needing sorted. Easier to fix a bug that pops up on 1 platform instead of all simultaneously

Delphis has better mobility, better cost (yeah element is easier to get than gas these days), no noise, better grenades (altho tbh who actually used those), and easier to tame

Only thing tropeo has better is grinder saddle, landing ability, and better color pattern
