My bad: Maewings act as Feeding Troughs when Nursing is enabled. The Nursing Effectiveness stat increases the "trough's" range (10 meters at 100%). It can only be leveled up by a player. Additionally, each percentage in the Nursing Effectiveness stat makes the food satisfy babies' Food stat more by 1%.

Nursing

The Maeguana has a Nursing option on its wheel menu, this option allows the Maeguana to feed the nearby babies. The range of this ability scales with its Food stat (On plans, not implemented yet). There is also the Show Nursing Range option that only appears on its wheel menu once the nursing mode is active, this allows to visually see the nursing range.

What did they expect they banned multi mega tribes , everyone knows each mega has there own if not more then one decent hacker , over a bug/glitch 🚾 didn’t prevent by doing their own damn testing, which would’ve prevented it to begin with an they wouldn’t of had to ban 100s if not 1000s of accounts. Offical is a very slow grind people are going to take it personally when u click one button an remove everything. It’s 🚾 fault for using the community as test subjects. Fir those that don’t know… when the game is patched/updated some mods no longer work as intended and can cause crashes.. if that is happening to you , uninstall your mods and thru process of elimination you can find out which ones to not reinstall until they are updated..

The one mod i was using no longer works with ark ascended correctly , so i removed it and my crashes stopped happening..

Astraeos starts at the top of the list. That first island is mostly beautiful and quiet. Not a very hostile and resourceful environment

The island to the north is a bit harsher, maybe your second target. One good thing about Astraeos is that it's all Ark maps in 1, so it includes a part of aberration, scorched (still to be done) and extinction. In this case extinction will be the last island you want to visit due to its level of difficulty, but quite powerful dinos are waiting there

I mean how many more years are we going to give it? We were supposed to have all the maps by the end of 2024, then it changed to 2025, and now they are saying 2026. Not to mention, it seems every patch and update, ASA gets less stable. ASE isn't perfect, but it's complete and doesn't have all the game breaking bugs ASA has. Also, there are so many more mods on ASE and you don't have to pay for them.

The volcanic island is "extinction". It has element veins and ODS. Corrupt dinos, instead of being purple, have a golden touch, as if Medas had touched them

There is also the door to Atlantis. If I remember correctly it was in 79lat 7long But there's only the door, the interior is an empty bottom if you go into ghost mode. They still have to work that together with the desert

Our server has all boss trilobites in blue drops so we cheese the boss fights. Which these are the most profitable one alpha gives 600 element the other gives 750 element and they can be done with just rex's and yutty

Got a strange issue on our unofficial server. Anyone who hatches a new baby to raise, the imprint timer is showing as -14:0-8 and the baby never becomes imprintable. Any idea what's caused this? It's only happened since Love Ascended got added and out server admin increased the server settings for the event. Is something bugged or is it likely an issue with incorrect settings being put in place....i.e accidentally set so high it's created a negative imprint timer?

Im having an issue with my inventory saying im full when i try to use a cryopod or a dino ball mod. You still have to deal with the spread of levels your map wants to have. Like, Extinction wants either high or low levels, the island only low levels. non-storyline maps tend to have high levels instead.

But if your actual max is 100, that's hard to do since normal dinos go level 1-30 multiplied by your difficulty. Tech dinos 1-36. So on hard that's 5-150 with 6-180 for tek.

Try what? Hard difficulty is 5. Easy is 1, which is actually the hardest Ark to play as all your creatures are 100% crap. You can play on 20 and get max wild level of 600 which is kind of stupid. (Imagine trying to tame a level 780 tek giga that will come out at level 1173 after like a week asleep.)

I have reported this before and it's still happening.

i have a server with astraeos. 3 out of 4 can easaly enter the server/ map Astraeos payed map. but one of them gets dashboarded (Xbox series X) as soon he sees the map with spawning locations on Astraeos.

we deleted all his mods including the payed map. hard reset his Xbox series X. then let him join the servers so he will only download the necesary mods.

It's a weird situation.....
Wildcard direct us to nitrado, nitrado is directing me to Nekatus and Nekatus directs me to Microsoft and microsoft says it's not their know isseu. so the circle is round again.

It's getting me nowhere and i DO NOT expect a resolut fix of any of these party's.
but i want to adress this isseu we have and hopefully someone recognizes this or might have a solution.

as soon i have a solution, I will update this Bug post.

I’m pretty much given up at this point, this game “could” be one of the best games out there, maybe top 5 if not higher but just there’s always so many issues. The sky’s the limit if the devs just get it straightened out and stabilized. I’m glad to see some being able to play it tho, I hope no others have the experience I’ve had with it tho

I recently started playing the old Ark again on my ps5.
But every time i wanna leave my world or sometimes when i open the settings, my game just instantly crashes.
This oftenly just resets my world too by a lot.

Can anyone help me out pls?

@glad eagle Have u tried turning off automatic skin download and then go to mods page and click “uninstall all”

Then u just install the ones ur interested. Boom, problem solved plus ur game will run smoother due to not having to download a duck tone of skins while playing

Yes, u can turn off automatic skin download which is provoking that error to u.

On top of it, those automatic downloaded skins will not be listed on ur skins page. So there’s no way to know what do u have.

Do you know if there is plans to open up transfers before the rest of the map gets finished?

I'm personally liking the grind and finding things this map has to offer, i would love it if transfers stayed closed until the final release of the map personally, i know that's on wildcard not you but that's my view on the matter.

would just make the playthrough of the map feel more real rather than 2 months playing half the map to then bring Everything over would ruin the map experience IMO, i want to play through as the map is meant to be, but if others bring over everything they own in top stat after 2 months it almost feels pointless as there is still a lot of the map we're yet to see and explore.

Also with the completion of the map is there more islands etc being added past what we can already access or is it going to be added into what we already have, would the coordinates of certain things change if you expanded the border for example, so like if i built at 99 99 now, would that then change? or are the world barriers already in play there to allow room for expansion beyond them?

Either way, massive thankyou and congratulations on another great map!

what seems to be the best stats for leveling a cosmo, it seems the web capacity is just based on overall level while the charge capacity and regen just affects the charged shooting, so what do yall is actually good on them

@heavy cedar the event needs to be longer than a week. Literally have to many things going on for just a week, especially for people who work. Chibis aren't dropping so wasted hours trying get them, new map released with event and only X2 rates again for events. Hardly even tried looking for dinos to tame and event will be over again this n just a few days 😐

In my experience, my impregnated creature would not eat food on its own while I was away on another map gathering things for its cravings, or when I logged out even if the food was in its inventory. I had to force feed it to get it back to full. However, while I was there on The Island it would eat on its own. (found from dododex so please take with a grain of salt)

Found a beautiful red and blue armadoggos. . . . . . . . . cant breed it cause its low level and I would seek to add a feather to try to obtain certain stats. I have three babies that are mostly purple. They are of course ready to pop but alas I cannot feed them.

@heavy cedar can it be looked at to make the drops on extinction start a bit faster. Currently on pve because of the long wind up time for a red or purple drop other players can grief. You can be standing at the drop waiting it to start but they can often come in and claim it from under you. If they have better ping you have no chance of claiming it first. Making the drop start faster would enable people to just claim it and not give the griefers time to find your drop.

I doubt thats a setting based on the host and just a setting programmed into the base game but you might be able to research turning it back on / off

Its not even that, the problem is that the server is either so heavily modded its not fun anymore or the entire map is littered with structures, maybe my expectations are just too high idk

Well, at least we have a high ping on the map... In general, the structures do not interfere, they are already used to it. But in fact, I hope someday developers will think about the idea as in Atlas. Until you set some kind of flag, you will not be able to build more than 500 structures And there will be a maximum of 3 of them. For fans of playing not in an alliance, but in the same tribe, but on different bases

Yes, but at least it will be a clean map. The players are completely arrogant, have you seen what happens to the cards when they are launched? We have one tribe that has taken half the map, without exaggeration! Their buildings are still everywhere. On every roof, underground, in the city, in the desert, in winter... Even on earth with meteorites. And this thing would help to get rid of such nasty people.

A solution to over pillaring is that you Hard cap structures. Say keep it at the 5500 Max. But instead of allowing it to count in a grid based capacity, you make it so it holds every structure on the map accountable. Everything outside of that is given a 5-10 hour decay timer.

it was snail who decided it for them
BC snail was loosing money (BC of that stupid car company)
so they made a deal with Marbus ( nitrado ) which gave snail a bunch o' money
but gave nitrado exclusive rights to ARK servers
