It’s hit or miss. You’ll either like it or hate it. It’s basically same old ase problems with better textures and mod access for consoles. But it’s definitely a lot better than the initial release.

my fps rose up drastically, like +30fps, the game feels so much smoother to play
the map itself looks as beatiful as ASE's, could even say it's better

I have the same issue with the strobe lighting trees, turning off Global illumination or turning it on Epic and enabling Extreme lighting stops it. Turning on FSR3 with console commands seems to be a semi-fix but there is pretty rough ghosting with it.

The patch for me at least did literally nothing.
