And yes, the tankiness for forest titan is entirely useless, titans take like 3/4 more damage from king titan iirc. Ik for sure they at least take a solid chunk extra damage.

you can send your gigas in and sit there throwing those at it repeatedly and that does the best damage.

in my admittedly little experience, king titan fight usually is fairly quick

you either win super fast, or lose super fast. Not much in-between

@heavy cedar @viral shore can someone look at the Dear Jane mod.. Every time a new note comes out several of us on the server has to Uninstaller and reinstall the mod to be able to see the note. Plus a lot of us are not keeping the skins in the inventory.

For example note 2 never gave me skins, note 1 skins were staying in my inventory even after dying or would reappear if I left the server with the mod and came back, but from not 3 - 6. I got the skin but they disappeared never to return to my character again. Even though I unlocked it.

Take them to the salt mounds in the dessert, we did a 150 in about 35-40 min. Lots of salt mounds on top side center of map. Helps if you have a tribe mate scout ahead. Hitting random rocks will take hours and it's a PITA inland looking for metal.

i was taming an oasisaur and ALL the vultures spawned UNDER IT, instead of them coming in from the sky, they came from the ground. they ended up being stuck in the oasisaur’s body…

the only way to kill the vultures was to put my flyer’s head inside of the body and hit them like that but ended up killing the oasisaur.

(Also no adobe doesnt just remove superheat effect, if does add cold & heat res tho so you are much less likely to die to superheat in an adobe base. But early game, make a tent)

the best way i can describe how it works is the same way nooblets did:

When you are getting a rhynio, the baby inherits some stats from the dino that is impregnated, and some from the wild rhynio. I believe what stats get inherited from where and whether or not new lower stats are generated depends on the amt of cravings that you can actually feed to your dino before it appears.

All this to say i believe so but am not 100% certian bc i havent tamed rhynios in a while.

its literally the same as getting a breeding pair of something and trying to get the males health and the females melee onto one baby, so if you have a bronto with 50 points health melee stam and weight the rhynio that pops out has a chance at inheriting the bronto stats and not the stats from th og rhynio

but it can only inherent like 90% of the sacrifices stats no matter what so if your bronto had 50 points into hp if the rhynio get that stat itll be like 47 or 48 points into hp

Plenty of older men and women play video games. When you get 40 you will probably still be playing video games. You don't just stop doing something you love because you get older and you get an old super fast time goes really quick. In 10 years you will look back and think only one year has gone by. ASE ran on 10-15 if lucky 20 frames per second on any console and somewhat decent PCs, the fact they’re taking our update after update after Nitrado made them release the game than they intended too due to their contact, I’d say they’re doing pretty good to reworking the entire game and fixing every issue on a daily basis👍 not every studio does that. So just have respect and patience for the game you spent $$ on. Not everything is perfect especially at Launch

it's so difficult to tame oasissaurs on official pve when the vultures keep desyncing, never mind the oasissaur itself

yeah i can't even access the oasissaur inventory properly, it keeps moving around too. there has to be an easier way to do this that doesn't require an offline game. even with 3x the tame rates are still terrible

gonna give up on the oasissaur tame on official pve, it's just not happening. you need perfect server conditions to get anything done with it, and with 3x not working on it you are better off enjoying it offline.

there are better things to do in ark, and the oasissaur is just not one of them... maybe come up with a better tame method that doesn't involve waves of vultures that keep teleporting or meshing into the dino, and maybe have an inventory that is easily accessible

I just woke up from a nap where I had an ARK dream. I was playing Official PvE and everything was great (I play solo, so I don't have anyone to help me do things) and I had accomplished a lot of end game stuff even just by myself. I remember logging in and my base was in tatters. Apparently people had come along on PvE with an exploit and c4'd my base, killed the majority of my dinos, and stole all my earned stuff while I was offline. Some stuff I had just slaved away for during the event to buy from other players. I was so upset.

This appears to be true. I spent the last week building a sizeable adobe barn, about 23x23. Most places I stand in it, I still cook during a heat wave. There's a couple of small sweet spots I can stand in but for the most part I don't seem to be receiving any benefit whatsoever from the adobe.
