I REALLY HOPE they will separeate PvP and PvE balance in ASA which they never did for ASE, and movement speed should be armor dependant.. More armor less speed lighter armor more speed.. Especially if you doing chores inside your base.. Low MS would be terrible..

Unless you have stats to back up that claim, then shouldn't say more play on either one.

The reason balances tend to happen more toward PvP than PvE is not because of playerbase numbers, but because they tend to effect PvP more than they would PvE. As PvE usually just able to adapt.

The reason why speedruners are not playing ARK is because ARK is not meant to be singleplayer game

ARK is great because its a Sandbox and you can play anyway you want to. Its amazing that you can play so many different ways and find so many different metas. Keeps the game refreshing and fun.

I don't do PvE servers, but its awesome that folks who like that kind of style, can enjoy it.

Not on the same scale. Pokemon has some RNG but is still consistent enough to speed run. Ark you have to depend on finding a certain tame, it being a level, and it having an appropriate distribution. Just too many levels of inconsistent

What Singleplayer really need is 8h time skip by sleeping for example.. Similar what GTA SA had or Skyrim, and make RNG things happens while you sleep and meantime your dinos progress goes up or your seeds are growing ect ect.

I have a theory, most of the time a trailer for a game in this case ASA would come out first before gameplay (what’s the point of making a trailer (yes a trailer has been created and confirmed) if your going to put out gameplay first) earlier today when the Xbox partner preview was announced it says it is showing (the first gameplay for ark: survival ascended) but it also say that will be showing trailer for other games why not but trailer and gameplay for Asa if they where going to show the trailer at the Xbox event this leads me to think we may end up getting a trailer tomorrow in time for Xbox to show the game play (I would like everyone to know this is just a theory not a fact)

I made my Raptor taming vid when I was sick as a dog, because my grandson wanted me to make him a video on how to trap a Raptor for his birthday. I didnt have the heart to tell him.. I dont build traps for Raptors.. I just use a bola. So.. I devised a trap.. and it works pretty good.. even trapped a trike and a bary in it.. which surprised me considering how small the trap was
