1. Verify the integrity of files
2. Delete all game files
3. Reinstall ARK
4. Turning on the auto-create network in advanced network sharing
5. Added different launch codes
   None of these worked

Yeah, so your crash says it was caused by the d3d device being lost. That's a graphics thing. Try verifying on steam again, and then using GeForce to update the graphics driver instead of trying to do it manually

It's not battleye and a VPN won't fix it. It's caused by a bug in early ue4 versions

yeah, 3000 is big enough for all maps. it'll always pull into caves, boss arenas, and sometimes randomly (load points) nothing you can do about those.

no structures nearby, non dedicated session with my friend and yesterday we went, we got most of the resources from the mountains and there was like a 5 -6 hour playing period between returning there

have the host put -preventhibernation in the command line also called launch options (right click ark on steam, properties, general.)
singleplayer/non-dedi have bugs with resource nodes being glitched, I recommend making resources spawn faster. if you leave while they are gone it can cause the nodes to be removed.
