The way things are being held you can't really trust the word they say. Ok, let's say you'll buy remastered game + game that maaaaaybe come out at the end of 2024, which you don't know enough about to even know if that's something you'd be interested in. Idk what is going on within the company but that entire post was a disaster. Delaying is fine, I want yall to make a game that actually works and oh idk maybe compress the files like ark 1 should be so its not 500+ gbs. Take your time please. But to make people pay for slight improvements on the first game as well as to pay for the right to use mods that have gotten me and the community I am an admin in through the crap tons of bugs, glitches, crashes etc, is not cool. I can't even afford to purchase all these upgrades but ill need to in order to continue the cluster I am apart of. The bundle isn't my issue it's paying for the dlcs all over again. This is likely going to severely split the player base, kind of like minecraft rn but ark doesn't have nearly as many players as minecraft... if any of this is true I am afraid that your game will be barren by the time ark 2 is released. I think the biggest points that make sense from the players base is that it was stated that Ark 1 players would be getting UE free, and they are not, Ark players are being forced to pay for all the DLC AGAIN, and they have to lose everything in the process. I suppose the good news is for any that have been on the fence about jumping ship but didn’t want to let their tribemates carry their deadweight. Anyone who wants to jump ship have nothing invested in anything anymore. PVP players are used to that, but PVE players are not.

How do we KNOW this when they themselves admitted part of the delay is due to their lack of knowledge on the engine. I get that. I truly do. If I didn't I wouldn't have continued to have faith in them for the first 6 year and then bought the ideas of the engine being outdated and the next will be better.
